My college experience and my review for the facilities, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: About 20% of students were placed in my course.
The highest package was about 8 LPA, the average was about 5 LPA and the lowest of them all and easily attainable was about 2 LPA.
Tata, Tata Steel, and many other companies were recruiting employees, some of whom held higher posts. About 10% of the students got internships from my course at Tata Steel and many other companies.
To manage, to calculate, to theorize, etc. are the roles offered by my course .
Infrastructure: It was not as good as expected, but it was not even bad; there were Wi-Fi, labs and a somewhat clean classroom and library.
The facilities at the hostel were average; food was average; there were medical facilities for injured; and a playground for sports and games .
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful; they knew what they were teaching; they were quite skilled; and the teaching quality was good.
The course curriculum is relevant, in my opinion; it makes the student industry ready.
The semester exams were really easy for me and it depends on the individual. It was easy for me because I studied very well.
The pass percentage at my college is 80%.
Other: My course is a B.A. program, and my batchmates are really helpful and my seniors are too.
I chose this course because I liked it and the best thing about it is that it is simple to understand and really helpful in my social life.
I think my course is perfect in its own way.
My college organizes a lot of events and the average campus crowd is there so it is easy to connect with each other. The campus is really huge; there's a scarcity of scholarships and not many extracurricular activities are there.

Better than several above average colleges of du.
Placements: The placement cell is very active in providing internships to us as in my second year right now, many got placements after completion of their course. The placement cell publishes annual placement reports to let people know the highest and the lowest package and the percentage of students placed. Most of the students who were placed were the ones who opted for content creation or content writing last year.
Infrastructure: There's Wi-Fi but a little slow as many people use it, the classrooms are fine except the tp rooms where some of the rooms are too small for all students to sit. The canteen is fine and it has a seating area too but it is always crowded so hope you get a place to sit. The college has an amphitheater and auditorium too.
Faculty: The teachers are good but the administrative office is not so good. The course curriculum kept changing during my first semester due to nep ugcf 2022. Now everything is fine in second year. The semester exams are according to the level of the subject.

Overall, our college is awesome.
Placements: Around 5 to 6% of the students got placed in our course. Top recruiting companies of our college are Zebronics Electronics, Honda and many others. In our college, around 6 to 7% of the students got an internship in companies like Red Bull, Honda, Zebronics, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college is good, but I don't like our colleges' infrastructure because of the broken wall, desk, fan, etc. There was no Wi-Fi facility at our college. There are books library and computers library, but books library's staff members were not helpful.
Faculty: All teachers were very good and very helpful. Almost 8% of the teachers are doctorates. Teachers were like friends, and all the teacher's behaviour was very good. Some teachers are now not permanent, but I like them.
Other: I am from the BA course. The course fee for the first year was Rs. 13,000, which was very expensive for a middle-class family. Metro fare is also costly, and for the second year, the fee is around Rs. 10,000, which is average.

Best education and faculty members .
Placements: Our college is known for providing the best of recruitments and the best companies approach us to provide jobs to the students.
80 percent of the students got jobs with a very good income and top roles in finance, human resources and marketing.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms are neat and clean and students feel comfortable. We have a library where students who are keen on reading can spend their day with books. Also, we have a canteen with good quality and healthy food. We also have a playground.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very much qualified and have done Ph.D. in their specific fields. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the student industry-ready. The teachers help the students to battle the industry and provide knowledge.

The teaching was not really very helpful or knowledgeable.
Placements: Dyal Singh college placements are average in my opinion, the college doesn't provide placement for every course. But if we talk about internship many reputed companies were there to provide internship for every possible course mostly every student got the internship some of my friends got internship in TOI.
Infrastructure: Dyal Singh College is well known for its infrastructure, location and huge campus. All the required labs are there in Dyal Singh College. The cafeteria is also quite big food quality is average but prices are very reasonable, sports-related facilities are there in the college.
Faculty: I personally don't really like the faculty there. The teaching was not really very helpful or knowledgeable. Dyal Singh college provides vocational courses like HRM, computer applications etc. But they don't mention that on students degree which I don't think is fair.
Other: Apart from all the odds, Dyal Singh is well known college of Delhi university. I choose this course because I would get the degree of vocational course but unfortunately it didn't happen. Events and fest are quite nice they always try to bring a celebrity singer. Capmus of dyal singh is the best in south campus but I can't say the same thing about the crowd and the other things in the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was huge, with three separate sections of buildings for different streams. They have a well-equipped library and labs for the students. The library is air-conditioned. The cafeteria is also big and pocket-friendly and available with different varieties.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was up to the mark. The course curriculum was relevant with the subject and justice to the course. It completely grooms the students and makes them future-ready.

Satisfactory faculty, good infrastructure and moderate placements make one's experience good.
Placements: There is a placement cell in Dyal Singh College, which helps all the students in getting placed. Placements are very good. Most of the students from B.Com and B.Com (H) of our batch as well as our senior batch got placed. Other placement opportunities include sales and consultancy domains. The highest salary package offered was around 9 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is somewhere about 3.5 LPA. Some companies like E&Y, KPMG and L&T are visiting the college. It is a little difficult to get internships. Even if some internship opportunities are provided, they are through off-campus drives. Only a few internships are provided compared to the batch strength.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is pretty good. Labs are well-equipped, and Wi-Fi facility was good in labs. The library was very good, and most of the books that we need are available and can also be issued. The medical room is available for the whole day with basic requirements. One can also easily get sports material. Food is very tasty in the canteen and price are even more than worth. There is an issue with Wi-Fi. It doesn't work outside the labs. Overall, the infrastructure of our college is good.
Faculty: Teachers were well-educated and friendly. You can ask them for any help, and they will help you in their free time. They use basic chalk and board method for teaching. There was no industry exposure. The student to faculty ratio is 30:1. Teachers are strict about the submission of assignments.
Other: The college doesn't organise any major events. The annual college fest is organised once every 2 years. The college is located near Lodhi road, so the surroundings are good.

B.A( English+Economics) is a good subject combination for future in prospect of preparing for goverment exam as well as higher education.
The subject combination is full of scope for professional courses like LL.B , M.B.A. And goverment exam like banks.
It is also a good choice of subject for carrer

It depends on number of students taking admission. The number of seats alter according to number of students taking admission. You just have to take admission when you are confirmed that you are eligible to take admission by seeing the cutoffs .

For knowing whether you are eligible for admission or not, all depends on the cut-off. Just see the cut-offs of DU. You will also get 1% girl advantage. I think you will get admission easily.
