Our college provides good infrastructure but poor faculty members.
Placements: Only 20% of the batch got placed. Companies visit the college but because of poor placements management and students struggle to get placed in a company. I am a member of the Mega ATV Car Championship. We secured 3rd rank in Mega ATV championship season 3 at Nashik. The college was supportive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good. Wi-Fi on our campus was fine, and the library was one of the best libraries in Amravati. The infrastructure of the college and classrooms was very good. Our labs were also updated. The hostel was safe for girls and boys. The quality of the food served was also great. Our sports teacher was also supportive. The canteen on the campus was clean and good.
Faculty: The only thing disappointed me about this college was the faculty members. They were not well qualified and experienced. College support in extracurricular activities but at the same time college need to focus a lot on the teaching staff. Otherwise, the college was good.
Other: The college needs to improve faculty members, and even the placements provided were bad.

Good institute with great infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Average rate of campus placement in our institute as I experienced. However the training and placement cell is so supportive. When I was in final year some companies conduct the campus in our institute with average package from 1.2 to 2 LPA. There is no internship programme provide by institute.
Infrastructure: Institute has great infrastructure with attractive main building with Wi-Fi campus, digital liberty, fully equipped laboratory. Campus has huge playground in front of main building with basketball court and badminton court with well maintained lawn. Institute provide NEET and clean canteen and hostel facility.
Faculty: Institute has great faculty team with highly qualified lecturers. Mostly of them either Ph.D. or Perusing it. The teaching quality is great all teacher had great knowledge of there particular subject. Institute provides courses like Polytechnic, Bachelor's in engineering, Masters of engineering, management studies and pharmacy.

I am satisfied with the college. If the college improves teaching faculty, then they can do better.
Placements: The college provides placements but not in MNCs. Companies visit our campus for placements but select only 5 to 10% of the students. They offered a salary package of 2.5-3 LPA for students. There aren't many placement opportunities for mechanical and civil engineering students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good compared to other colleges because they provide facilities like hostel, Wi-Fi, mess etc. Classrooms are very good because our college was established hardly 7 to 8 years ago. So, everything in classrooms is in better condition.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are average because it is a newly established college. Moreover, some teachers are doing post-graduation in the same college, along with teaching. They have a lack of knowledge as compared to senior faculty members. However, the college provides whatever required for practicals.
Other: The college celebrates a gathering event, youth festival and also sports. The college also provides scholarships to the students.

They provide experimental learning with the placement.
Placements: The college has got a good placement record, and about 60% of the students have got placed in companies like Shriram transport, Cybage, Motif Finance, Thermax, and some other local companies. The college conducts a job mela, every year, where most of the students get jobs. The highest salary package offered was about 4.4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.2 LPA. Companies offered job profiles like software tester, design engineering, and trainee posts. The college also offers internships to the students.
Infrastructure: The college is well-built, and the campus is lush green. Still, there is some construction work going on for more elegant look and expansion of the college. Each classroom has a projector facility, and there are separate drawing halls for the mechanical and civil engineering department. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There is a good big library facility with all required books. The sports department has all the sports utility items, and a big ground is available for playing games.
Faculty: The team of teachers is fantastic. In my department, there were about 28 faculty members, and all of them are experienced in the industrial field. They provide us with industrial experience by organising regular visits to the industries. They strictly follow the course curriculum by the university.
Other: The college organises various events like the get-together, technical fest, social service camp, and sports event, etc. Some of the extracurricular activities are also held in the college.

The college is great for experimental learning.
Placements: The college has a good placement cell which invites companies like Yalamanchili International Pte. Ltd, Motif India, and Thermax for the students of the mechanical engineering department. They also invited Wipro and Cybage for the students of computer engineering and the students of other branches. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA, and it was offered for the post of the graduate trainee engineer. The lowest salary package offered was 2.2 LPA. The college had provided internships at bus depot workshop and Hyundai Motors Ltd.
Infrastructure: The college has a big building, and the campus is beautiful with greenery all around. A separate building is dedicated to the mechanical and civil engineering departments. The classrooms and practical labs are equipped with modern facilities and equipment. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Our college library is the biggest library when compared to other colleges in the region. The college has clubs for sports. All the sports equipment are available in a big room. The hostels are available on the campus, and they offer good food.
Faculty: There is a big team of faculty members in our college, and they work all together to solve students' problems. Most of the teachers have completed their PhDs, and some are pursuing their PhDs. They have industrial experience of almost 10 to 15 years. They use interactive classroom sessions and flip classroom techniques to teach. The college organises the industrial visits to the local industries for every 15 days.
Other: Our college organises events like technical fest, NCC camps, blood donation camp, and cycle rally. Scholarships are provided for the first students ho stood in first three ranks in each section.

Q:   Are private sector BTech jobs better-paying than government jobs?
ShikshaGPT says
A:

Well, yes. The private sector BTech jobs in India offer a higher earning potential than the government sector jobs, including promotions, yearly bonuses, performance rewards, etc., along with a plethora of career options across different sectors. Having said that, there is less scope for job stability in the private sector due to market downturns.

The government sector is known for decent job security and other benefits like health insurance and retirement benefits. Rest, you can sit and decide for yourself whatever suits your interests the best. Best wishes.
