Gitam University Bengaluru experience.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and act as a best support system for students. They encourage students to pursue their passions along with academics, whether it is dance, singing, acting, entrepreneurship, or anything else. They also provide question banks and everything required for semester examinations.

Good infrastructure, mentorship, and ample opportunities.

Faculty: Faculty at GITAM open the door to significant opportunities and the feedback system gives you the room for constructive criticism. Curriculum is updated and liberal students get exposure to all three schools, learning different subjects than the one they just chose.

Good college for enjoying your college life. There are a lot of events happening and studies.

Faculty: Every teacher in GITAM is Ph.D. scholar. They have years of experience in teaching and they teach well but some faculty are good enough in teaching but in practical not good enough but most of the faculty are very good in teaching they are contactable even after classes.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the placements.

Faculty: Teachers are well-trained. They are helpful to the students in the doubt sessions, but bad in the course curriculum because the pattern of exams is changing every year so it is bad. Semester exams are not that much difficult. The pass percentage is 90 percent. Some of the faculty are rude, so check and join.

It offers moderate placements and a little exposure.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive except for a few. The attendance required is 75 percent in all subjects. We should get 25 marks out of 75 marks. The supplementary examination fee is Rs. 1,200. For core subjects, we have to pay Rs. 7,500.

“Good infrastructure and supportive faculty, with average placements based on student effort.”

Faculty: Good campus with supportive faculty and facilities, average placements, and better results for students who put in extra effort. Most teachers are helpful, qualified, and approachable. Teaching quality is generally good and supportive. Some professors focus more on concepts than just notes. The syllabus is updated and relevant to modern industry requirements. Includes a mix of theory and practical subjects. Helps build basic job-ready skills, but real industry readiness often depends on self-lea...

I prefer this one as a mechanical robotics student.

Faculty: The quality of teaching at GITAM Bengaluru is very different from professor to professor and department to department. They rely heavily on slides. The quality of teaching at GITAM Bengaluru is very different from professor to professor and department to department. Many people have said that the quality of teaching is good and helps in preparing for exams and internships.

Good infrastructure and support faculty with average placements.

Faculty: The teachers in the civil engineering department are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, with most of them holding postgraduate degrees and having good teaching experience. The teaching quality is good as faculty members explain concepts clearly using classroom teaching presentations, practical demonstrations, and site-related examples.

About my experience so far at GITAM University, Bangalore.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The course is curriculum-relevant and industry-ready, as they have an AI-ML course available for BCA. Exams are conducted twice per semester, 1 session exam is of 30 marks, in which you need 10 marks to pass, and session 2 is of 45 marks, in which you need 15 marks to pass, and out of 100, you need 30 marks to pass.

Everything is good. Improvement is needed.

Faculty: Teachers and lab assistants are helpful and friendly in nature and have good experience. Some subjects are based on industry-level teaching and future-ready curriculum. Exams are quite easy, and the passing percentage is good. Mostly, 98% of the people pass in every subject.

I am absolutely satisfied because of the faculty members.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is awesome. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are tough to test the potential of students. The pass percentage is 60 percent.

Very dissatisfied because of placements and not worth the fee.

Faculty: Teaching faculty is good. This curriculum doesn’t make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are very difficult, and the pass percentage is 25 percent. The college needs to improve a lot of things and must invite more companies, only then students will get better placements.

It has good infrastructure and hostel is comfortable.

Faculty: Teachers are always helpful, and some faculty members are strict. They are knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is good, which is best for students. Semester exams are somewhat difficult, but we can easily get good marks in the subjects. Some courses are tough. We have to plan according to our subjects. It is easy to pass the exams. We can score good marks, which are important to gain knowledge.

I'm very much satisfied with joining this college.

Faculty: Teaching is done in English by well-trained faculty members, and more than 90% faculty members have their PhD from top universities. This course is good for those who are interested in coding and learn about computers, they can crack well. Now it is a 75 and 25 pattern for examination 2 semesters will be conducted, one for 30 marks, another for 45 marks and the remaining 25 for internals.
