Gudlavalleru Engineering College is a nightmare.
Placements: Currently, I am studying a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science final year at SRGEC, and I will graduate in March 2025. Currently, college placements are ongoing. Only a few students got placements. We will see whether there are placements in the future or not, but my seniors got a high number of placements. Last year, the highest package was 24 LPA from Amazon. Internships in this college are also less currently, compared to last year.
Infrastructure: Our college's infrastructure is very nice. There are mainly 5 blocks, namely P Block, Mechanical, A2, A4, and the heart of our college, the Main Block. The main block has a library centre available, which is known as the largest and best library in the district. There are two hostels for boys and girls. The boys' hostel is present some distance away from the college, and the girls' hostel is present inside the college. Everything is good except the food.
Faculty: The faculty members at our college are very professional and experts. Our principals and HODs are very friendly. They treat students very friendly. The CSE subjects are very easy once you understand them. If you give one week's preparation, you will definitely pass the exam.

I feel satisfied studying in this college as this college has started from scratch with no support.
Placements: As a student, I am planning to study for my Master's abroad, so I am going to give only limited information. I have seen students in my course getting placed in good companies like TCS, with a good package of 20 Lacs per annum. Approximately 65% of the students in this course are getting placed with basic salaries from our college.
Infrastructure: We are facilitated with air-conditioned computer labs irrespective of the branch. Even our seminar halls are air-conditioned. We also have the facility of Wi-Fi, and we can get access to it in the server room. The canteen produces good food for the students. Our library is huge, with 500 people having seating space.
Faculty: The faculty of my college have completed their doctorates successfully, and even our junior faculty are very knowledgeable as they teach us the fundamentals and good basics. The faculty has the capability to teach the subject in such a way that even dull students could understand it.
Other: In the beginning, I thought of cracking a government job but later changed my decision to go to foreign. Events conducted in our college are crazy; Anup Rubens was invited for our college’s 25th anniversary. The musical nights in our college are so good that every student dances with other students (of the same gender), irrespective of the branch.

Dynamic learning environment, extensive resources, and promising career prospects.
Placements: In our college, TNP cell members can help students to get placements in the college. They are really doing hard work for students, and they are trying to get more companies to our college for our students to get placed. Our college management also backs up their students, motivates them, and helps them get placements in companies. In our college, the highest package is 32 LPA, and the minimum package is 3 LPA. They are doing their best for students.
Infrastructure: In our college, teaching is excellent, and department-wise, they are doing excellent work. The college management provides the best facilities in classrooms, and we have a central library where we can find any book. As for sports and games, they conduct lots of games at the district level and national level. Our college students win 1st prizes in games. It's all about our college.
Faculty: In two lies of our faculty, curriculum, and exams:
1. In our college, the most experienced persons only teach the classes and give more explanation.
2. Curriculum and about exams, they are conducting exams very strictly and correction also very strictly. So overall it's good.
Other: I'm interested in the mechanical field, so that's why I'm choosing to take this branch and learn lots of things in mechanical.

It is an excellent college for core and non-core branches.
Placements: Around 85-90% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered in the mechanical engineering course is 30 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are very huge and good. We have digital classrooms. Our college has the best library. The hostel is very good. It provides good food. The hostel provides good water facilities.
Faculty: All faculty members are very good and knowledgeable. They are flexible with students. The semester exams are easy if we prepare well. It is easy to clear all subjects.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest and passion for it.

I am absolutely satisfied with faculty members, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: Around 180 students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest salary package is 4 LPA, and the average salary package is 6 LPA to 8 LPA. Around 108 students got internships in 2022. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Yamaha, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure, classrooms, and labs. Library facility is available with a lot of books for different courses. Hostel facility is available but it is 800 to 900 meters far from the college. Food served in the mess is good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified and very helpful. Their teaching quality is good. They help in solving doubts and give good advices. The course curriculum is relevant which gives good knowledge to the students and makes them ready for industry. It is an autonomous college, so papers are designed by college management which are not much difficult.
Other: I chose this course as I completed my diploma in mechanical engineering. More placements should be provided in our course. It is one of the top colleges in Andhra Pradesh which is around 13 acres and 1200 to 1300 students in different courses. Surroundings are green and pleasant. College management conducts different activities like sports, yoga, plantation, fests, and other events.
