At the UG level, the college offers a four-year regular Bachelor Pharmacy (total seat intake of 100), BSc, and BBA courses. BSc is provided in four specialisations, namely Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, and Med Lab Tech. At the PG level, the college offers two-year MPharm and MSc courses to students. MSc is provided in four specialisations, namely Biotechnology, Microbiology,  and others.

As the name suggests Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, the best course offered are related to pharmaceutical which are Bachelor's in pharmacy, Master's in pharmacy, Diploma in pharmacy. Along with this the college offers Bachelor's in Science and Master's in science.
