Placements: Hansraj College is one of the top-rated colleges on the Delhi University campus, which lies on the North campus. Mostly known for its better placement and best alumni network. Among the various courses like B.Com honours, B.Com, and economic honours are offered. They provide good placement packages. The highest salary package offered is 36,00,000 LPA, and the average salary package offered is. 8,00,000 LPA. Previous year, the top recruiters at Hansraj College were BYJU's, Delloite, ICICI Bank, and many more.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure facilities of Hansraj College are brilliant. Buildings are well-built. Classrooms are well-maintained, with air-conditioned and smart classrooms. Library is up-to-date which helps many students to study well. The quality of the room is high standards. Hostel facility is very good for most students. The food provided is nutritious and tasty, and hostel closes by 10 PM. We are not allowed to go outside of the college after that time. The availability of proper mess food in the hostel and the medical facility makes it even better.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching they provide is totally outstanding and fabulous. Regarding the relevance of course and curriculum, in recent years, philosophy has become quite popular among the youth. So, after some time, it will also be a popular course among the youth.

Other: The best thing about our course is that I'm pursuing Sanskrit and Philosophy, with Philosophy as my major course. After four years, it will be converted into philosophy if I pursue it for 4 years. Talking about Hansraj fest, Confluence is the best fest ever in the whole university. Surrounding of the campus is very beautiful, with a well-built and maintained infrastructure.

Overall, it's a good college.

Placements: In Hansraj, there are all kinds of students—poor, wealthy, smart, dumb, physically abled, and even foreign students. There are approximately 7,000 students in Hansraj, but in our BA courses, there's only 50 in each combination each year. When it comes to placement, mostly jobs are only offered to commerce students.

Infrastructure: Hansraj's infrastructure is good, and the college campus is very clean. There are many trees and plants in our college, and Wi-Fi is only provided in the library. The hostel is good; they provide you with good food and many facilities in the hostel, but they don't provide free Wi-Fi; you have to pay for that.

Faculty: In our course, exams are not a big matter. If you are taking all of your classes, you will get a good CGPA. Even if your attendance is short, you can study hard for a week and you'll get a CGPA around 6-7. Our teachers are very helpful and kind; they are very knowledgeable.

Other: In this course, we have the option of two subjects, but they can improve the crowd in our course.

Hansraj college - review.

Placements: Majority of the students in my course, are interested in government jobs. However few students used to do some additional consulting and management courses, and are placed during the placement drive. The top recruiters include Delloitte, TCS and kPMG.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The college administration fairly spend on the maintenance of the college building. Classes are very neat and clean. All basic facilities like library, sports ground and hostel are available in the college.

Faculty: Teachers are enthusiastic in their teaching. Many teachers also act as a personal mentor to the students. Moving to the semester exams, one can grab a CGPA between 6-7, by studying just one month before the examination.

Other: I have chosen B.A. programme, as I wanted to pursue my career as a civil servant. I believe that my course would help me to achieve my goal. The college has very active societies, that conducts events frequently.

Good but needs to be better.

Placements: Since this is a Arts course their is no scope of placement. However their are plenty of opportunities to join in as intern is several firms or government organisations. The societies give you golden opportunities to meet with entrepreneurs and educated scholars which will really help you in your overall development.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. Their is a new Science block with all modern amenities however the arts block is really old and needs repairing. The classes need a paint job and new desks otherwise it's okay. The C block is in repairing phase and hopefully all other old blocks will get repaired too so fingers crossed. The library is excellent, one of the best libraries in DU with excellent infrastructure. The cafeteria is decent enough and the food is really affordable. The games room is in repairing stage and hopefully will get all the modern equipments after the work is over.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, qualified and hardworking. Every teacher is really hardworking and aims at solving every problem of student throughout his/her academic years in the college. One of the teacher even gave her number to students to call her anytime if they need anything, be it related to studies or any problem that they might face in their life, this really shows the high morals qualities and ethics of professors of Hansraj college. Sanskrit + Philosophy is a decent course combination and both the subjects are really interesting once you start studying them, it is also a golden ticket for entry in Hansraj for students who are average and above average and who haven't scored cent percent in their 12th boards.

Other: I had an interest in Philosophy and I wished to pursuit Phil hons however due to insufficient marks I couldn't get that course so I opted for this course. This was giving me the chance to study Philosophy at the great Hansraj college as the merit required was the lowest of all courses. So as long as anyone won't mind studying Sanskrit it's a great combination to join and study.
