Overall, our college is good.

Faculty: Faculty members are friendly and too helpful. They are very knowledgeable. They explain everything perfectly. B.Sc. in Medical Technology is actually not for industrial areas. Our course is yearly. Attendance should be 75% or else we will be detained. Exams are average.

It is the best college for studies with good infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good, helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry ready. Semester exams are averagely difficult, and students gain good knowledge.

Review of Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good and they have a strong emphasis on quality teaching. Our course curriculum is decided by NMC and it is followed strictly throughout this college. It also makes students ready for future practice. Semester exams are difficult according to the syllabus and the passing percentage is 50%. Other PG courses like nursing, management, engineering, and BPT physiotherapy are available.

Our college is the best in Uttarakhand.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and are out of the mark. Teachers are well qualified in their field especially physics professors. University examinations are somewhere easy. They have more than 25 years of experience.

Good for MBBS course but takes a lot of fees and hostel and mess is not good enough.

Faculty: The faculty for MBBS is good nevertheless. Teachers are highly qualified and most of them are quite knowledgeable. The course curriculum is quite relevant and students are acquainted with the hospitals better. The passing criteria of each subject of MBBS are 50% out of 100. So you learn better.

Greatful that I was a part of this place. Absolutely great place to learn.

Faculty: Teachers take a lot of pain to push every student. Daily seminars, classroom activities are done. We were asked to pen down the questions and find the answers if we didn't know the answers. They literally hold your hands and teach you how to do surgeries.

Good MBBS college in north India.

Faculty: The teachers present here are highly qualified and talented. They give their 100% effort in making us understand every concept. Our curriculum is focused on making each student job-ready. The curriculum starts with the basic studies and goes to the complex level until we get to learn everything properly.

Everything is good if you want to study, but college life isn't interesting.

Faculty: Faculty members teaching quality makes the college high. Every department has a team of at least 45 highly qualified professors and residents. Teaching quality and technology used for it is state-of-the-art.

Best Academic environment, Average extra activities, Good Overall.

Faculty: The faculty is amazing and their efforts of teaching are surely better than most of the medical colleges. They use various modes of teaching. The curriculum is standard as with most of the colleges of the country. But the urge to teach better and better is the driving force of the faculty of the college. The hospital postings are really helpful, due to good hospital load, and state of art facilities of the hospital. There is no bad point, where the faculty of the institution is the question.

The faculty and infrastructure are good, but a bit strict, and it is a good place to gain knowledge.

Faculty: The teachers and lab technicians are well-qualified and interactive. The various seminars and tutorials are organised for better learning about the subjects. The teachers prepare powerpoint presentations as the source of teaching in the class. The student to faculty ratio is good with enough faculty members. The exposure during posting and CM posting is useful and interesting. Overall, the curriculum is useful and nice for good students.

The location of college is peaceful and weather is quite pleasant. Consultant in clinical field give lectures just to complete their job although with few exceptions. The administration is least concerned with co-curricular activities. Don’t expect much in the sports area. College has mess facility but it is above average at most of the time. Attendance in this college is strict. The academics are still better than many other private institution.

According to me, the college is really good, but placements are not as satisfying as expected.

Faculty: The faculty is helpful and qualified, coming from strong educational backgrounds. The course is relevant and creates a good impact on students, helping them gain knowledge. Semester exams are not very tough; it all depends on how well you’ve prepared.

Review of Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences.

Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified and hardworking. Our course is through RCI so curriculum and guidelines are followed for the syllabus. Exams are based on the classes and clinical knowledge students gain during college hours. There is a different department called the center of examination from where all the examinations are regulated.

Teachers are helpful and interested in educating.

Faculty: Teachers are very dedicated and educated. Very interested in teaching. Passing rate is very good. Patient load is good. You get good exposure to cases in all specialisation. You get to learn so much. We have clinical posting in morning and evening in different semesters.

The college needs to improve the infrastructure and the number of faculty members.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful in the context of knowledgeable. They used both digital and board. But the college needs to hire more teachers as the old ones were leaving to go to nearby AIIMS. The curriculum was also changing. Teachers not only provided professional education, but some were much interested in our personal matters too.
