Review of IIT Hooghly Engineering and Technology College.
Placements: My college offers me some specific degrees and jobs like IT sector, good management system, and many more. Most of the time, college placements are in core software companies. There are some specific companies like TCS, Amazon, Google, and many more that students like to work for. The maximum package in our college is 6-7 LPA, and the biggest package a student has received is 20 LPA.
Infrastructure: College hostels are quite good, and the sports facilities are very good. There are some specific games like football and cricket that we play at the college ground, so that's a good thing about our college. The ground of our college is very large and is one of the most impressive features.
Faculty: Faculty are average, but placements are quite good. The teachers are very interesting and knowledgeable. They give us valuable lessons that help in improving ourselves. Teachers must be talented, and the teachers here are very helpful, which is why we all love them.
Other: The canteen of our college is very impressive. The food is also very good and Wi-Fi speed and network are quite impressive. Our college has the fastest network as well as Wi-Fi speed.

Our campus is average but provides many facilities.
Placements: Around 60% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package is 6 LPA to 7 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. Magnetic, Grind master, etc., offer placements in our college. Many companies are connected with our college. TPO leads in providing placements for students in good companies.
Infrastructure: It is a very good and comfortable college for all the students with strict security. The hostel serves meals twice a day. It serves light meals in the morning and evening. It also provides many facilities.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, experienced, and available for the students all the time. Semester exams are very strictly conducted.

The biggest mistake of my life.
Placements: The TPO of the college is so rude and also stammers a lot. How can a TPO be a stammering person? The placements are poor. This is 2022 and only 5 companies have come and provided 3 LPA to only took 1-2 people. The college has no standard.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is just like a government hospital. Nowdays, government hospitals are also developing but the college infrastructure is not developing. The college has no playground for cricket or basketball. No Wi-Fi is there. The labs contain old desktops which have Window XP in them.
Faculty: The faculty is not supportive. They treat students partially on the basis of fees paid. Even faculty does the work of finance department. They are just like recovery agents. Some faculty don't have any knowledge about their subjects.

Our college is excellent for students.
Placements: Around 15 students got placed out of 47 students. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Maventic, Tech Mahindra, Poornam, Hansa, Open Five, InterraIT, etc.
Infrastructure: Every classroom has an individual CCTV camera. We get broadband routers in every room. Our campus environment is excellent. The laboratory is well-equipped. The library is also decent. A playground is available on our campus. We also have a pond on our campus. Girls' hostel is available in this college.
Faculty: Our teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable. We also have our mentor who guides us in our problems. This course curriculum is very useful.
Other: India is growing as an IT hub so many students are getting placed in IT companies.

I am really glad for taking admission for B.Tech. Our college has good placements records.
Placements: Current salary of recent graduates is generally lower than the current salary of student who graduated un previous batches. Maximum salary refers to 80 th percentile.
Median salary refers to 50 th percentile. The highest package offered by the companies is upto 12 Lacs.
Average package offered by the companies is upto 3lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: There is a library, and a reading room with great infrastructure as well as the campus has free Wi-Fi facility for the students. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is very good and hygienic. First of all, I would say that the college campus is much smaller in size as compared to many other engineering colleges.
Faculty: There are lots of teachers who are helpful and they are very knowledgeable. And qualified and the teaching quality is very good. Our college is very good. It has many facilities. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for the industry.
Other: Our college offers many events in the even semesters like take fest, orientation day, annual sports day, fest for freshers. Our college also provide many useful scholarships for bright students and those who are eligible for such valuable scholarship.

My college is the best college.
Placements: 70% students are placed in the top MNCs. The highest package is about 7.5-10 LPA and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Some top MNCs come to our college like TCS, WIPRO, etc. Top roles offered are system engineer, Data analysis and Software developer.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very friendly. Every teacher and lab assistant is very helpful. All the books are available in our library. Mess facility is also available in our campus. Our campus is ragging free. Our college gives us fresh canteen food also.
Faculty: Each and every teacher is very helpful and everyone is very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very professional and everything is very easy to understand. They treat us like their own child and they make us ready for the industry. Semester exams are very tough.
