A great hub of opportunity .
Placements: The total number of students in my course was 380, or approximately 70 students per section. The highest package they offered was 19 lacs, and the average package offered was 6 lacs. Many companies come to recruit students. Above 80 percent of students got placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was great. They also provide us with many facilities, like labs; each class has good-quality AC. There was also a big library in which a good range of books were available. They also provide facilities like canteens and dispensaries for emergencies.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and friendly with the students. They are also well educated and have great knowledge. They also made students ready for there future interviews and industry-related information. The mode of exams is average, not more difficult.

Everything is good without any improvement. Faculty members and facilities are up to the mark.
Placements: Almost 55-70 students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.80 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.36 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Infosys, Wipro and Google. Almost 50% of the students got an internship in Wipro, HCL, Dell and HP. Students also need to focus, so the college can also help them in their careers.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are available here, like a library, air-conditioned classrooms, campus Wi-Fi, computer labs, chemical labs, etc. Everything is quite good and decent, and you can enjoy and concentrate on your career. Our college is simple and is build for study purposes, but not for any modern buildings and show-offs. It is built like a relaxed college where students study and learn some things for their future.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful, and they clear our doubts very easily. They are good at communication. This course is good and makes students industry-ready. Faculty members are PhD holders, and they well-known for teaching and giving some good and quality knowledge to students. Students can learn new things and utilize their time.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have an interest in this field. If our college uses the latest technology for studies, then students can easily catch the meaning and the uses. Events and fests are very common, and a festival fare is conducted in which you can participate and celebrate your own culture.

It's really good if your percentile low and searching for government college, you never regret it.
Placements: The study environment here is very positive. With a CGPA above 5.5, you can get placement in top companies like TCS and Tata. The highest package is 28 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. About 96% of students get placed, with top roles in B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.
Infrastructure: The hostel fee is Rs. 90,000, and the hostel is good. There are big grounds to play, along with Wi-Fi, labs, and a library. The food quality is normal, and medical facilities are good rest of are good. The living space in the hostel is good, but the mess is normal. You can cook some food in your room if needed, and with the mess, you can manage, but you don't need to worry too much about it.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good, qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive. The exam papers are not too hard, you can get better results if you prepare normally. There is positivity all around, and there are clubs where you can gain more skills and certifications. Seniors are supportive in these matters.
Other: Events and fests generally occur occasionally, and it needs improvement. There should be some AC hostels and AC classrooms. More organizations should be done by seniors for skill development. The best thing is that it is a government college.

The dark side of PTU campus college .
Placements: Only 1 percent of students placed overall in 2023. The highest package is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. The top recruiting company is Zscaler, Hoping Minds, Red Brick, and Zaro Education. No one gets an internship on my campus. Only BDA-based roles come to our college for placement.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi passwords are not given to students, and for those who have passwords, the internet speed is too slow. The lab facility is also not good at all because there is no assistant in the lab room. The quality of the food is good, and there is no canteen on campus.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, but one thing I would like to mention is that there are lots of local teachers who don't even know Hindi properly, and their teaching language is Punjab, which is too difficult. The course is a little bit industry-ready. The difficulty level is moderate.
