Dissatisfied, but if your rank is very low, then you can go for this college.
Placements: Placement percentage is 20%-40%, with the highest package at 25 LPA in 2025 through off-campus placements, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Infosys, Josh Technologies, and Penthera Technologies. No companies are visiting our college for internships. The top roles offered are SWE, frontend, and backend developers.
Infrastructure: The hardware and software in all labs are very old and outdated, the Chemistry lab is out of order, and the Wi-Fi is very slow. Hostels have not been renovated in a decade. The sports facilities are lacking. The library is only open five days a week for eight hours. The canteen is available but overpriced.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful but not very qualified or knowledgeable. The teaching quality is average. The curriculum is relevant but does not prepare students for industry demands. Students' hard work is essential to succeed, as the exams are very difficult to pass. However, a 75% attendance is necessary, and teachers put mental pressure on students for assignments, making it difficult for students to take leave, even when they are sick.

My Time at UIET Hoshiarpur: Memories, Lessons, and Growth.
Placements: About more than 80% of students are placed every year from our college, with the highest on-campus placement of 24 LPA and Lacs per annum off-campus placement. The average package from our college is 6 LPA. A lot of companies like Infosys, Google, Mahindra, Ambuja Cement, ITC, and Wipro recruit students. Students also get a chance to intern at DRDO.
Infrastructure: The classrooms have well infrastructure with blackboards, smaller and larger benches. The library is well-maintained and required books are always available. However, the library remains open from 9 am to 5 pm and is closed on weekends. For study purposes, the Wi-Fi offers good speed and reach. Apart from this, the labs are well-maintained. The hostel has good infrastructure and a pleasant environment. The food in the mess is good, with a variety of options available, maintaining full hygiene. There is no need to worry about workout diets. Ragging is strictly prohibited, and the hostel offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
Faculty: Well, teachers are good at teaching and clearing doubts properly. Teachers are highly qualified and have a proper knowledge of the course they are teaching. Maximum teachers have done a Ph.D. in the respective subjects. From my point of view, the curriculum is relevant and makes the students ready for the industry. Workshops are properly provided. And for the semester exams, they are either difficult or too easy. Overall, the college has a good faculty.

College have good infrastructure and good placements in 2023.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. There is a dedicated cell for placements named Training and Placement Cell, UIET, Hoshiarpur, which helps students get placed. Last year, almost 70%-80% of students are placed at good companies. Many companies like Infosys, ChicMic, HCL Tech, and TCS are mass recruiters of college.
Infrastructure: Hostel is quite good, but there is a waiting list for new rooms, which is a big problem for new students. Due to this waiting, all students have to take PG outside college, which is more expensive than college hostel. Other infrastructure is good. There is a dedicated ground for football, volleyball, badminton, basketball, and cricket. But, coaches are not provided by college, which is required.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good, and almost every teacher is PhD holders, which gives more confidence to students. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Examination system of college is also good, as all facilities are provided during exam time. Around 40% is pass percentage for this college. Exams are not too difficult.
Other: Multiple fests are organised to increase extracurricular activities. All national scholarship schemes are available. Campus is not too crowded and has enough space to manage all things. Technical events are organised by different technical societies of college.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the placements and location.
Placements: Very few students get on-campus placements, and the average salary is only 3.5 to 4 LPA, which is offered to only a handful of students. I don't know why companies don't visit this college, because the students are very skilled.
Infrastructure: The campus has a Wi-Fi connection that we can access with our student login credentials. The labs are outdated, so everyone uses their own laptops. The library is pretty good, and you can check out books. This college doesn't have much to do with sports. There is an intracollege sports meet, but it's organized with the help of sponsors that students have to find. There are no certificates, and you can forget about inter-college sports or anything like that.
Faculty: The same teacher was assigned to teach multiple subjects in different semesters. Although most students passed, even if they failed sometimes. All exam papers are checked on campus, which can be an advantage or disadvantage, depending on the circumstances.
Other: I got a rank of 75K in JEE, so I did some research and found this college. The best thing about my course is that attendance is not an issue, except for one or two strict teachers. The worst part is the college's location, which is kind of boring.

One of the best return of investment college in india.
Placements: 85% of students were placed this year. The highest package was 18, and the average package offered was 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Zomato, Scincillation, Zscalar, and many more. The top roles offered were web development, Android development, frontend, and many more.
Infrastructure: AC in all the labs. Fully Wi-Fi-accessible campus and hostel. Good hostel rooms and college infrastructure. The quality of the food is awesome. Overall, the combination of AC labs, comprehensive Wi-Fi access, infrastructure, and excellent food make this campus an ideal place for students to thrive academically and personally.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is almost the same as at other colleges. Semester exams are very easy. The teaching faculty at the campus is very helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist students with their academic and personal growth.
Other: The campus surrounding it is very peaceful, green, and surrounded by nature.
There are few students, so there is not a big crowd. Events are held on monthly basis.

Absolutely a clean and green campus of PUSSGRC.
Placements: The placement here are pretty average, ranging from 3 LPA to 15 LPA, and average package is around 6 LPA. Also, the college provides competitive internship opportunities for final-semester students. The companies here are from IT and also from the core branch. The profile offered here are full-stack development, software development, cloud administration, etc. for technical roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is pretty decent; you have an auditorium, classrooms, labs, etc.; the classrooms are well organized and have good infrastructure with Wi-Fi; the classrooms and labs have computers and all the necessary textbooks and software related to the subject; the food here is great in the hostel; medical facilities are available; and there are plenty of sports and grounds.
Faculty: The faculty members here are from IITs, NITs, etc. And are very strict to the course and also very helpful At the same time, they are very knowledgeable and will guide you throughout the course how to have a good placement and help build a strong foundation in engineering. The semester exams are not that hard if you study thoroughly.
Other: The campus is located in a lush green environment, and there are a lot of extracurricular and cultural festivals organized on the campus. For every festival, there are social gatherings, technical clubs such as Google DSC and Algozenith, and many more like Short and Varta, which give great exposure to campus life .

Best college if you want a good return on investment.
Placements: 80 percent of the students in my course got placed. The highest package offered was 14-16 Lacs with an average package of 6 lacs. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Zomato, Intellipat, Capgemini, etc. Roles offered by the companies were that of software developer, android developer, MERN sack developer, and UI UX designer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is decent. Wi-Fi facility is available in all the classrooms, labs, hostels and the mess. Hostel mess food and the canteen food is better than most of the other colleges, there is a variety of snacks and food available. Hostel rooms are also average. Library is the best thing in the college.
Faculty: Faculty is very nice and helpful except a few. The curriculum of our college is the same as all the other colleges but there is a lot of free time for you to focus on your studies and skills. Exams are also very easy to score and will not give you any difficulty.

Everything is very good in our college.
Placements: Around 90% of students get placed in CS IT and rest of them want to go for higher studies. Software companies are hiring students on campus.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very good and available 24 hours at a speed of 500 Mbps. Classrooms are well-maintained and have a Wi-Fi connection. Labs are very well maintained with the latest computers.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very supportive. Exams are good. Students can score well if they self-study or attend classes. Most of the teachers are understanding and help students to achieve some extracurricular activitis if they are interested.
Other: Every fest is organised in our college. Students get plenty of time to study and enjoy in this college. It gives a good exposure.
