Admission to the M.Tech course at IIIT Allahabad is based on scores in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), followed by CCMT counselling.

IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2025 is yet to be released for the 2025-26 admission cycle for the UG course based on DASA scheme. The DASA UG cutoff will be released after the result is declared for the upcoming admission session in 2025. JEE Main Registration 2024 session 2 last date was March 4. NTA released JEE Main 2024 Application form session 2 on February 2. JEE Main Application form 2024 session 2 was available online on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in. Candidates who have applied for JEE Main 2024 session 1 had not register again. Such candidates only need to fill the paper details (BE/BTech or BArch/BPlan) and pay application fees. JEE Main 2024 registration last date session 2 was March 4.
IIIT Allahabad admission 2026 is currently open for various courses. The application process at IIIT Allahabad is conducted online. Students can check the list of documents required for admission below:

IIIT Allahabad admission 2025 is based on scores obtained in national-level examinations such as JEE Main, DASA UG, GATE, CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. For BTech and M.Tech courses admission, candidates have to take part in the counselling rounds as well. Hence, the seat allotment is through JoSAA and CCMT counselling for BTech and MTech, respectively.
The total fee sums up to INR 2.58 lakh. Note the fee is taken from unofficial sources and hence can vary.
The BTech programme is offered in three specialisations. The institute offers BTech specialisations are Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and IT specialisation in Business Administration. Candidates are selected on the basis of JEE Main scores, followed by the JoSAA counselling process. Candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria, that is, a candidate must have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject with 75% aggregate (65% for SC/ST candidates).
IIIT Allahabad ECE cutoff 2025 ranged from 7228 in round 1 to 9639 in the final round for the General AI category. Hence, students under this category needed to secure a rank below 9639 to be able to gain admission at this institute.
