Good for placements, but a hectic curriculum.

Faculty: Some faculty are good at concepts and explanations but some are not good at explanations, even though they are good at concepts. They are well-experienced in teaching and guiding students from scratch but it mostly depends on how the student understands the lessons.

Not satisfied with the teaching faculty, the best placement in 2025, with good infrastructure.

Faculty: Teaching faculty, as I believe, is not as good as IIT's, but they are far more knowledgeable and have a great teaching quality, which is helpful. Curriculum is well balanced and divided into 8 semesters with 2 major exams and 2 minor quiz and all of them have a passing percentage.

Good for your career, questionable for your college memories.

Faculty: Teachers surely are qualified, but I personally believe that if I could control anything in the college, I would seriously change the faculty members for most of the courses. I can only name two professors to date in whose lectures the students would start to sit from the first bench just because the subject was interesting and, even more important, they taught with utmost detail, which I personally liked. The rest, I felt, most professors don't even care that much about teaching; instead, they ...

Placement-oriented college, don't expect anything else.

Faculty: Most teachers are well qualified, but few of them know how to teach, as is the case with most colleges. The course curriculum is relevant and may be better than most colleges, but it is quite rigorous. Semester exams are quite difficult, and you need to study for at least a week before the exams. The pass percentage depends on the course's difficulty. Generally, people except for 2-3 pass almost every course.

The college is very good if you are interested in coding.

Faculty: Examinations are conducted properly and faculty are also good. 75% attendance is compulsory. But here college life is hectic enough. I think they will improve the facilities, as the mess food is very tasteless. Food contains many items but has zero taste.

The college is quite good, and it makes us learn something.

Faculty: Teachers are quite good and knowledgeable. Some teachers are very good at teaching, while others are also not very good, as it depends on each person. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes us learn something. Semester exams are not very hard if we study, but compared to normal college, they are a bit harder.

Great placement and modern infrastructure, decent academics, average hostels and limited sports.

Faculty: IIITA has knowledgeable faculty and an updated, industry-oriented curriculum, though teaching quality varies by professor. Exams are moderately tough and concept-based, so regular study and self-effort are important to score well. To pass a subject, you usually need a minimum of 4 marks out of 25 in the mid-sem and at least 16 marks in the end-sem, along with meeting the overall internal and total marks criteria.

Good college, with great atmosphere.

Faculty: There are 6 objects every semester. Every week there are labs, tutorials, and lectures for all subjects distributed fairly enough. All the teachers are highly qualified, most of them have done their Ph.D. in computer institutions, and many of them have done their postdoctoral degree even. There are Ph.D. and M.Teach students assisting professors during lab and tutorial sessions. The course curriculum is great and quite beneficial for students. Unlike other colleges, our course for our branch sta...

Table of Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad.

Faculty: Faculty experience varies as some professors are very good, helpful and patient, while some are not. The curriculum is nice for Information Technology department, almost all core CS subjects are included, and you have study Physics only in 1 sem. Exams are good, sometimes hectic.

Review of IIIT Allahabad.

Faculty: The faculty of Indian Institute of Information and Technology Allahabad (Prayagraj) is very good, because many of the professors hold Masters, and some also hold PhDs in their respective fields. The professors give practical knowledge based on their experience with the topic.

Review of IIIT Allahabad College.

Faculty: The faculty members are good, but you must go to class regularly. Everybody passes except for those who barely come to classes. The curriculum is not very well-structured, and students have to figure out the concepts themselves in order to be ready for the industry. The difficulty level of the semester exams is just right, so if you want to pass, you will have to get yourself prepared well.

My experience at IIIT as an ECE student.

Faculty: Teachers are good, but it's more up to you to understand their teaching style, it's a perspective-based answer. Mostly good, but you have to put in your own efforts for placements and academics. Courses are relevant, but didn't get much into depth; you have to study on your own.

Good seniors. Satisfactory faculty and good placements.

Faculty: The teachers are good and qualified, but the knowledge imparted by them is not at an industry (placement) level. The professor usually teaches on PPTs, but there are certain staff who follow the standard method of marker and whiteboards. The course curriculum is satisfactory. You need to work hard, it does not stand with industrial knowledge. The college follows the NEP curriculum, so the difficulty is average. 40% marks are needed in all subjects to pass and earn that much credit in the course.

Great faculty, facilities - IIIT Allahabad.

Faculty: The faculty of ECE is well qualified and has good research experience, and many are PhDs. Teaching is concept-focused with practical experience and project-based learning, so you are qualified and well fit for internships and jobs, and you won't have any problems.

Just satisfied, good placements, decent infrastructure, and good faculty.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is decent. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes it industry-ready. Semester exams are of a good level, some courses are difficult. Most faculty members in the ECE department are highly qualified and supportive, especially in subjects like VLSI, Embedded systems, and signal processing.
