Steps for IIIT Sonepat Admission Process 2025
IIIT Sonepat Admission Process 2025 is a multi-step process, including the Application form, Entrance exam, Counseling, fee payment, etc. Admission to all the offered programmes is based on the candidate's performance in the JEE Main exam followed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) and Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB)
1. Qualify for JEE Main
Candidates have to first register themselves and prepare for the JEE exam. The JEE Advanced 2025 official website has launched with the new eligibility criteria. As per the official website, candidates can now attempt the JEE Advanced 2025 exam a maximum of three times in three consecutive years. Click here for JEE Main exams details.
2. Apply for JoSAA counseling
Candidates with a valid JEE Main score are eligible to apply through JoSAA. Candidates must visit the official website of JoSAA and register themselves. They must select IIIT Ranchi as their preferred institute. Click here for a detailed JoSAA counselling registration process.
3. Seat Allocation
JoSAA will allocate seats online according to the candidate's JEE Main score.
4. Seat finalisation
Once the seats are confirmed at IIIT Sonepat, the candidate must visit the nearest Reporting Centre within the deadline. In case the seat is not confirmed, wait for further seat allotment rounds (if any). After this, report to IIITSonepat for seat confirmation and admission. The verification of the documents would be done at the time of counseling/admission, where candidates must pay the tuition fee.
