IIIT Sonepat BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BTech at IIIT Sonepat is a two-year undergraduate programme for students willing to pursue a career in the engineering stream. This programme is offered in two specialisations, i.e., Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology.
IIIT Sonepat BTech admission is entrance-based. Students who want to get admission need to qualify JEE Main entrance exam with a valid score, followed by JoSAA Counselling. Before appearing for the BTech programme candidates must be eligible for the programme:
- Eligibility: Twelve years of school education with 75% aggregate.
- Selection: JEE Main + JoSAA + CSAB

IIIT Sonepat BTech Admission 2025: How to Apply?
IIIT Sonepat BTech course admission begins with the application process for BTech, which is completely online. Candidates must fill out the application form for the entrance exam of the BTech programme.
STEP 1: IIIT Sonepat BTech Application Process 2025
- Candidates need to fill out the JEE Main exam application for admission. Check out the JEE Application Process for applying to the JEE Main exam.
- Candidates with a valid JEE Main score are eligible for the process of document verification and seat allotment conducted by JoSAA or CSAB. Click here for JoSAA registration process.The candidates can fill in their course choices and institute online on the official website of JoSAA at josaa.nic.in. Upon completion of JoSAA 2024 registration, candidates need to complete the choice-filling process by entering their preferences for institutes and engineering streams.
Step 2: JEE Main and JoSAA Counselling
After the applications are submitted, students are required to appear for JEE Main. Those who qualify are further required to participate in the JoSAA counselling process.
Step 3: Admission Confirmation
After the selection rounds, candidates who are shortlisted can submit the fee and confirm their admission to the relevant course at IIIT Sonepat.
