Other economically backward students, whose family income falls between INR1.00 to 5.00 Lacs per annum, are granted a remission of 2/3rd of the tuition fee.
Once students have registered on the GATE application portal, they must participate in the subsequent CCMT counselling process. In this process, the M.Tech seats are allocated based on the candidate's performance in the GATE exam and the availability of seats. NIT Meghalaya Application Process
Candidates seeking admission in BTech, MTech, and MSc at NIT Meghalaya are required to complete the application form for the course-specific entrance exam.
