IIIT Vadodara Diu Campus offers JEE Main exam scores to shortlist candidates for the counselling rounds in 2025. Considering the IIIT Vadodara Diu Campus cutoff 2025, the General AI quota closing rank for the Round 1 seat allotment ranged between 31524 and 39003. Among which, the most demanded course was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering. Similarly, for the OBC AI quota, the closing rank for the Round 1 seat allotment results stood between 13412 and 15555 under which, CSE remain the most demanded course. IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus cutoff 2025 for admissions to M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence through GATE examination, followed by CCMT Counselling process, is out. For the General and OBC, All India quota, the last round qualifying score was 415 and 360, respectively. For SC, the All India quota, M.Tech in AI was available with a score of 270 as the last round closing score. Below are the tables given for both the first and last round cutoff scores for all categories for CCMNT 2025. 

What rank you should score depends entirely on the course you are aiming for and which category you belong to. To secure a seat at the IIIT Vadodara MCA programme through NIMCET Counselling 2025, you should aim to secure a rank ranging between 1029 to 1325 if you belong to the General (All India) Category. If you belong to the OBC category AI quota, a rank below 1300 should increase your chances of admission, as the range fell between 1092 and 1492 for IIIT Vadodara MCA course specialisation. Please keep in mind other categories will have different cutoff ranks accordingly. 

As per the GATE cutoff 2025, the last round closing cutoff score was 360 for the OBC AI category candidates. Round 1 cutoff for the same course stood at 448. Therefore, taking in both rounds, students aiming for admission should secure a score of at least 360 or higher to be qualified for a seat at IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus.
