During the Round 1 cutoff, the closing rank for CSE was 25886 for the General category students under the AII India Quota. Among OBC candidates, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering stood at 8750. IIIT Vadodara accepts JEE Main ranks for admission to the B.Tech courses. As per the IIIT Vadodara cutoff 2025, the last round closing ranks ranged from 36583 to 64458 for various B.Tech specialisations, whereas in the first round cutoff ranged from 21060 to 31524 for students belonging to the General AI category. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest specialisation to get admitted to, with 36583 as the last round cutoff rank. Therefore, going by the first and last round cutoff ranks, students aiming for admission to IIIT Vadodara should aim to secure a rank within 30,000 or better to increase their chances of securing a specialisation at  IIIT Vadodara. 

IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus 2025 has been released for various specialisations in opening and closing ranks. IIIT Vadodara DIU B.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged between 64458 and 79729, in the last round for General category AI quota students, wherein B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering was the hardest course to get admission to. Candidates can refer to the table below to know the last round cutoff for B.Tech specialisation for the General AI quota. Please note that other categories will have different cutoffs. 

IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus cutoff 2025 for admissions to M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence through GATE examination, followed by CCMT Counselling process, is out. For the General and OBC, All India quota, the last round qualifying score was 415 and 360, respectively. For SC, the All India quota, M.Tech in AI was available with a score of 270 as the last round closing score. What rank you should score depends entirely on the course you are aiming for and which category you belong to. To secure a seat at the IIIT Vadodara MCA programme through NIMCET Counselling 2025, you should aim to secure a rank ranging between 1029 to 1325 if you belong to the General (All India) Category. If you belong to the OBC category AI quota, a rank below 1300 should increase your chances of admission, as the range fell between 1092 and 1492 for IIIT Vadodara MCA course specialisation. Please keep in mind other categories will have different cutoff ranks accordingly. 

IIIT Vadodara does not offer direct fee waivers from its own funds as it is a common policy across IIITs that have been established under the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model. However, please note that IIIT Vadodara is listed under the SBI Scholar Loan and PNB Pratibha Loan schemes, which enable students to secure collateral-free education loans.
