Accredited by the Association of MBAs, London (AMBA, UK based accreditation agency), the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management offered by IIM Indore is a two-year, full-time, and residential MBA programme. Spread over six trimesters across two years, it is also inclusive of a summer project of an eight-week duration. Additionally, in the second year, the course covers electives, namely Information Systems, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, OB & HR, OM & QT, Economics, Communication, Humanities & Social Sciences and Strategy. Apart from the flagship PGP course, IIM Indore also offers a PGP in Human Resource Management (PGP HRM) to the students.

The admission cycle for the flagship PGP courses of IIM-I starts in the month of August for the upcoming year's MBA admission batch. IIM Indore has adopted a three-stage selection process for admission to its PGP and PGP HRM programmes, which is as follows:

Eligibility criteria

All applicants must fulfil the eligibility requirements specified for PGP admission. A pass in any UG degree or completed a professional degree (CA/ CS/ ICWA/ FIAI) with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates) is required to apply for PGP course.

Shortlist for PI

Only those aspirants satisfying the eligibility requirements will be shortlisted for PI round. Sufficient number of candidates for PI from each category will be shortlisted using the merit list generated based on composite score. Candidates shortlisted for PI will be intimated in the month of January 2023. Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are not shortlisted for PI.

Final Selection

After completion of the above selection rounds, category-wise merit list is generated based on final composite score and provisional admission offers are made accordingly.

• A pass in four-years bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for EPGP course.
• Candidates who have completed three-year bachelor's degree and master's degree with at least 50% aggregate each can also apply for EPGP course.
• Aspirants with 50% aggregate in Integrated five-year course or other programmes of similar duration can also apply.
• A minimum of five years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after graduation as on the application deadline date is also required.

Yes, candidate can get into IIM Indore at 70% in Class 12. But mere 12th marks are not sufficient for MBA admission. Therefore, candidate must attain a really good score in CAT exam. IIM Indore CAT Cutoff 2024 has not yet been released. Looking at the Cutoff ranks for the past 3 years, the CAT Cutoff percentile is expected to be 97, for the General AI category candidates.
