According to media reports, the highest and average package offered during IIT Dharwad placements 2024 stood at INR 52 LPA and INR 12.63 LPA. The median package offered was INR 10 LPA.
The Career Development Cell at IIT Dharwad is a student-driven body that backs the student community in building their careers. The CDC also organises events such as various talk series and pre-placement training programs to bridge the gap between the Institute and Industry. The four primary functionality of IIT Dharwad CDC includes Internship, Placement, Training and Career Guidance.
IIT Dharwad placement drives are done in 3 phases. Phase 1 placement process is conducted from September to January whereas Phase 2 placements process runs from January to April next year. The Phase 3 placement process is held from May to July.

IIT Dharwad Placements 2023 is in process and till now the placement percentage witnessed is 87.62%. A total of 105 registered for the placement drive and 92 of them were placed. IIT Dharwad the highest package stood at INR 40 LPA, which was offered to the students of Computer Science & Engineering,
