The highest and average package offered during IIT Palakkad BTech placements 2024 stood at INR 41.6 LPA and INR 15.88 LPA, respectively. Further, 6 international offers were made during IIT Palakkad BTech placements 2024. According to IIT Palakkad NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during UG 4-year and PG 2-year placements 2023 stood at INR 14.1 LPA and INR 9.5 LPA, respectively.

Further, as per NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during IIT Palakkad BTech and MTech placements 2023 stood at INR 14.1 LPA and INR 9.5 LPA, respectively. Moreover, the highest and average package offered during IIT Palakkad BTech placements 2023 stood at INR 47 LPA and INR 15.7 LPA, respectively. Further, the placement rate recorded during IIT Palakkad BTech placements 2023 was 95%. Further, the overall highest and average package offered during IIT Palakkad placements 2023 stood at INR 47 LPA and INR 13.95 LPA, respectively. In addition, the overall placement rate recorded during IIT Palakkad placements 2023 was 90.05%. As being a fresher of IIT, Palakkad.
Placements: Our college placement team only allows students with zero backlogs for placement recruitment. While others are required to attend drives for the companies offering the lowest salary packages. Mostly top performers in academics got placed in good companies and rest of them got placed in other companies.
Faculty: The overall students' rate of success in exams is above 80% all year. For getting such results, we are motivated by faculty members, and they actively making arrangements for scholarships and rewards to lessen the tuition fees required for studying. Faculty members are well-known for their contributions in terms of academics to the department and to the college. Even now, teachers are more scared about their professional growth and keep on improving the same. They also share useful ideas to crack the exams in our first attempt itself.

Absolutely satisfied with IIT Palakkad.
Placements: IIT Palakkad had an impressive placement rate of 95%, and students had a variety of companies to choose from. Companies like JP Morgan, Deloitte, Hindalco etc. Many others arrived for student recruitment. Internships were provided by the college itself every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here was excellent, and all facilities were available for students, including Wi-Fi, labs, a library, sports facilities, and medical services. The campus life was amazing, and all necessary amenities were provided to students. The food quality in the canteen was very good, with a variety of options available.
Faculty: Faculty members here were well-educated and quite experienced, but they were very rude. Their teaching methods were not effective, and students faced many difficulties in understanding the lessons. However, the course curriculum was relevant and helped make students industry-ready. Semester examinations required a lot of attention, and the passing percentage was above 40%.

Quite disappointed with the facilities.
Placements: The percentage of the students who are placed in my course is 55%. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. The lowest package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Capgemini, and TCS. Many students also got internships.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure and facilities available for our course are average. Classrooms and labs are outdated and getting old. The hostel rooms are small and comfortable. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is hygienic. No time to play sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and experienced. They always help students in classes and on the campus. The teaching quality is awesome. Curriculum activities only happen at the start of semester. The semester exams are difficult and have to study a whole year to score.

Review of B.Tech in computer science and engineering.
Placements: Placement packages are really impressive which are literally between 3.5 LPA to 28 LPA. The highest package offered is 25.4 LPA given to the students of computer science and engineering at IIT, Palakkad. Most of the reputed corporate companies participate in drives.
Infrastructure: Fully climate-controlled classes with comfortable seating for a limited number of students are there. Also, sitting is arranged with drawers and lockers for keeping our books and notes safe and to avoid overloading of the students. We should also be accessible to online learning platforms in case it is needed.
Faculty: Evaluation process of examinations is quite different from other colleges. The best performers from the academics are approached for higher studies abroad which are quite impressive and motivating. Students' marks and their external performances are immediately reported to the higher authorities of the college.

Student from IIT Palakkad.
Placements: Only a limited number of students pursued an M.Tech in data science at IIT Palakkad each year. Also, nearly 82 to 90% of students got placed every year. The overall placement training provided to students was a step-by-step process, making the training easier.
Infrastructure: Students from various localities, habitations, and races lived similarly without any differentiation or discrimination. The campus was very good, with parking facilities, a lounging mess, transportation, and accommodation. There were specialized laboratories with air-conditioned classrooms.
Faculty: The schedule for examinations was unannounced, occurring once a month. Preparing for examinations, writing exams, validating papers, and then preparing for the next exams was the routine for academic excellence that happened in our college. Every student's status was communicated to their parents by the class charge.

I lived a manifested life at IIT Palakkad.
Placements: I gave a rating of 4.5 out of 5, as it is known for its excellent placement performance. It was one of the top courses for placements with good networking connections among the alumni. The placement team worked hard throughout the year to create records for recruitment.
Infrastructure: For every department, there were usually 8 to 10 classrooms with required features like smart boards, green boards, projectors, and laptops or computers. To protect students from health issues. A hygienic environment was maintained with clean restrooms and sanitized study areas.
Faculty: Teachers made students more interactive and attentive by approaching lesson plans with their own creative ideas, which was quite impressive and encouraged students to engage in class without fail. They took their own time to complete the syllabus without any pressure.
