The highest international and domestic package offered during IIFT Kolkata MBA IB placements 2024 stood at INR 85.4 LPA and INR 75.6 LPA, respectively. The average package stood at INR 27.3 LPA. It is to note that IIFT has released the combined placement report for both the campuses, i.e. Delhi and Kolkata. The data presented in this page is the overall placement data for both the campuses.

IIFT Kolkata Placement Overview 2024
The highest domestic and international package offered to the MBA IB batch of 2022-24 stood at INR 85.4 LPA and INR 75.6 LPA. The average package received by students during IIFT Kolkata placements 2024 for MBA program was INR 27.3 LPA. Further, Professional Services emerged as the top recruiting sector with placement distribution of 23% during MBA placements 2024.
According to the MBA IB summer placement report 2022-24, the highest and average stipend offered was INR 4.4 lakh and INR 2.63 lakh for two months. Sales & Marketing domain was the top recruiting domain with summer placement distribution of 33%.
It is to note that the MBA IB Batch 2022-24 (including Delhi and Kolkata campus) comprised 68.8% male and 33.3% female candidates. 15.2% of the entire batch was from premier Institutes such as IITs and NITs while 47.5% of the batch was from Delhi University and other Central Universities. Other than this, 52.1% of the batch was from Engineering background while the remaining students were from Commerce / Business, Science / Pharma and Arts & other backgrounds

IIFT Kolkata Placement Report 2024
The median and average package offered during IIFT Kolkata MBA IB placements 2024 was INR 25 LPA and INR 27.3 LPA. The highest domestic and international package grabbed by the MBA IB batch of 2022-24 was INR 75.6 LPA and INR 85.4 LPA, respectively. More than 120 recruiters visited the campus and 10 international positions were offered in 2024. In terms of sector-wise placement, Professional Services emerged as the top recruiting sector with placement distribution of 23%. In addition, Sales & Marketing domain was most demanding domain with placement distribution of 22%.
As per the summer placement report 2022-24, the highest and average stipend received by MBA IB students stood at INR 4.4 lakh and INR 2.63 lakh. Other than this, 100 recruiters visited the campus out of which 36 were new recruiters during IIFT Kolkata MBA IB summer placements 2022-24. BFSI sector had the highest placement distribution of 23% during MBA summer placements 2022-24.
