It is a strict college that provides all the facilities with good placements and infrastructure.
Placements: A maximum students of our college get placed in good corporate companies. The highest average package for our course is around 9-12 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Decathlon, TCS, Accenture, EY, Amazon, etc. All the students get internships in different companies. Top roles offered are business analyst, area manager, sales officer, etc.
Infrastructure: The library and labs are available and easily accessible. There are smart classrooms with AC and Wi-Fi that are also available. The canteen is good, but a bit expensive. We have a games room and a sports teacher too. Medical rooms are also there on every campus, and doctors are there. All kinds of medicine are available.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and qualified. They teach every topic in detail. The course curriculum is amazing here, and we have all the required subjects. Through presentations and practical skills, we are taught to be industry-ready. Exams are difficult, and the passing percentage is around 95%.

With supportive faculty, decent placements, and a good campus life.
Placements: In our course, around 85% of students are successfully placed. The top recruiting companies included TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, and also IBM, Accenture, PWC, Oracle etc. came for recruitment. Some students also received offers from start-up and mid-level tech firms. The highest package offered is around 18 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA, and the average package is 5-6 LPA. Around 60% of students received internship offers from companies such as Internshala, Aiwallha etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for all departments is good. We have Wi-Fi-enabled labs, modern classrooms with projectors, and a well-maintained library in our college. There is good average mess food, a gym, medical facilities, doctor visits, CCTV, a playground, and 2 or 3-seater rooms. IEM is the best.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are well-qualified and supportive. They are approachable for doubts and conduct extra classes during exam time. The teaching methodology includes both theoretical and practical learning, with assignments and projects. The curriculum is mostly up-to-date and covers key subjects. However, there is room for improvement in terms of including trending technologies like AI-ML and cloud computing. Exams are held semester-wise and are moderately difficult but fair. Overall, the curriculum prepares students reasonably well for industry jobs.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in tech and good future opportunities. Campus life is lively with events, fests, and helpful faculty. More industry exposure and updated tech subjects would improve the course. Overall, it's a good environment for learning and growth.

Absolute wastage of money because of the small campus and faculty members.
Placements: 80% of students are placed in this course every year. The average package is about 5 LPA. Many companies offer internships. All the placement facilities are good. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant offer placements. Overall, it is good.
Infrastructure: There is nothing much available in our college as a facility. Rooms are not like college classrooms, they are more like school classrooms. Free Wi-Fi facility is provided for teachers only. Students cannot access it. Laboratories are also not air-conditioned. In fact, fans do not run properly. A sports room is available but only for a limited time, and we cannot play all sports. Overall, facilities are poor.
Faculty: Teachers are the worst part of this college. They don’t even know what they are teaching. If we ask a single question about the topic, they say we are not paying attention in class when they are teaching. Exams are like a nightmare for students. There is nothing that comes from topics teachers have taught.

My honest review about my college.
Placements: Had a 100% placement record for both PGP. The highest international package at IIM Ranchi was recorded at 58.10 LPA. The average package was 15.02 LPA. More than 100 companies participated in the placement drive. The alumni network was very helpful in getting more opportunities.
Infrastructure: Every student gets a room of his own in the hostel. There were a total of four hostels with each hostel had its own mess. The food was good and will cost around Rs. 45,000 monthly.
Faculty: The course syllabus was very relevant to outside the corporate scenario. Many sessions were organized on a regular basis to communicate with and to get guidance from many successful leaders. Faculty members were very encouraging and helpful. Faculty members were highly knowledgeable and came from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Course curriculum was a bit outdated but professors brought lots of new topics for discussion. Pedagogy was also a bit outdated considering the fact that lots of other MBA institutes had innovative styles of teaching. Some of the courses were offered on specific campuses, hence creating a lot of convenience for students to travel to different campuses.

IEM - A college with good placements.
Placements: 85% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary is 20 LPA. The lowest salary is 3 LPA. The average salary is 7 LPA. L&T, Mindtree, and TCS are the top recruiting companies in this course. 60% of students got internships at Wipro and Deloitte. Data analyst and business analyst are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Each floor has a Wi-Fi connection, classrooms are clean and well arranged, and library is also very big. Hostel is average. Quality of food is not so good whereas there is good medical care. All kinds of sports and games are facilities. There is a basketball court on campus.
Faculty: Most teachers are IIT passouts and are knowledgeable enough. Teaching quality is really good. This course curriculum is very relevant for the upcoming years and it trains the student to become industry-ready. The semester exams are average. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because it has good opportunities for the future. The best part is that in my course I can go for both core industry or IT industry. Lab facilities could have been better. There are lots of events that occur both cultural and technical. The campus infrastructure could have been better but there are lots of extracurricular activities like sports, singing, dancing, drama, etc.

Good education and good jobs.
Placements: 60% of the students sit for placements. Our batch size was approximately 206. Out of them, the maximum will get placed. Most of them will have at least one offer letter from mass recruiting companies. Deserving candidates can also get 2 to 3 offers based on their performance. We also get internship opportunities in top MNCS. I cracked a 2-month internship at SAP Labs India through our college. During placements, companies like Accenture, Limelight Tree, Deloitte, SAP Labs,Federal Bank, Zolo, and many others come to our college. In our batch, 4 of the students got internships, including me. Roles offered are support engineers and associates .
Infrastructure: Labs are good and well maintained. Food and hostel are also good. Wi-Fi is available in college and in the hostels. Basketball court is there in college, and carrom and table tennis for indoor games. Canteen is also there. Canteen food is reasonably priced. Hostel and college bus fares are highly overpriced.
Faculty: Semester exams are easy, and students can pass with well above 90 percent if they prepare for one week. Teachers are not good. Most of the lectures are not very understandable. YouTube helps the most. But teachers are available to help if needed. The curriculum will not make you industry-ready.
Other: Lots of events, fests, and hackathons are organized. Functions are held on various occasions. Famous artists and celebrities often come and participate. It is a pretty strict college in terms of dress code and rules .
