Candidates who get selected to pursue a BSc in Nursing at the Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU must confirm their admission by submitting the applicable fees. The total tuition fee for a BSc at IMS BHU is INR 900. Furthermore, selected candidates must pay a one-time fee of INR 800 at admission. Candidates willing to pursue a BSc (Nursing) at IMS BHU must clear the required NEET UG cut-off depending on their reservation category. IMS BHU primarily relies on national-level entrance exams like NEET-UG for undergraduate programs (like MBBS and BSc Nursing) and NEET-PG, NEET-SS, and NEET-MDS for postgraduate and super-specialty courses. After qualifying the relevant entrance exam, candidates must participate in the counseling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee. 

Institute of Medical Sciences BHU UG Diploma admission is granted to applicants who fulfil the preset eligibility criteria. To be eligible for admission, candidates fulfil the following IMS BHU UG Diploma eligibility requiements:

• They must have passed Class 12 with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, & Biology) and English
• They must have scored at least 50% in Class 12
• Their age must be at least 17 years and not more than 25 years as of the year of admission

NEET UG is the accepted entrance exam for BSc admission at IMS BHU. The exam is conducted once every year by the National Testing Agency. The exam dates vary yearly. It is usually conducted in May.
