Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Cutoff 2025: Check CUET UG, CUET PG Round Wise Cutoff Scores

For candidates belonging to the OBC category under the AI quota, the IIT BHU JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 varied between 528 and 6900 for admission to the BTech course across multiple specialisations. The cutoff ranks vary for different courses, rounds, categories, and quotas. Tabulated below are the JEE Advanced first and last-round closing ranks of BTech for the OBC AI category students. 

For students in the General AI category seeking admission to the BTech in CSE, the JEE Advanced last round cutoff ranks observed fluctuating trend over three years. The IIT BHU JEE Advanced last round closing rank was 1079 in 2023, which decreased to 1071 in 2024. The cutoff rank then increased to 1489 in 2025 for the General AI category students. IIT BHU JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of the sixth allotment list for admission to the BTech course for multiple specialisations. The cutoff was released for different categories of students belonging to the AI quota. The cutoff ranks vary for different rounds. BHU NEET UG cutoff 2025 was released based on the NEET UG counselling results. The cutoff lists were valid for all students who belonged to the All India categories. 

For the General AI category, the last round cutoff rank was 82615 for various UG-level courses. Hence, students would need to attain a rank of 82615 or below to be eligible for admission.

BHU BSc Nursing cutoff 2025 was 45932 for the General AI category students in the first round. For the OBC AI category, the first round cutoff rank was 56465. This difference in the ranks suggests that the competition for the General AI category is higher than the OBC AI category for the MBBS course.

BHU NEET Cutoff 2025 was published for admission to various All India categories. For the OBC AI category, the round 1 cutoff was 1808, which later increased to 86892 in the last round. In the last round, the cutoff was the lowest for the MBBS course, at 2620, meaning that this course was the most difficult for admission to the OBC category.

BHU NEET cutoff 2025 was published for admission to various AI categories for courses, like MBBS, BDS, and BSc in Nursing. Whether a 470 is a good NEET score would depend entirely on the category you belong to. 

For the General AI category, the overall cutoff varied between 1165 and 82615. Hence, students who belong to this category who have a 470 rank might have an easier chance at admission.

BHU CUET PG cutoff 2025 has been announced for admission across multiple specialisations including MA, MSc, MCA, MTTM, LLM,  and MBA. In CUET PG 2025, the overall closing score in the General category stood between 20 and 699. Wherein, the toughest and the easiest course among all the courses are MPA in Vocal Music (Hindustani) and MA in Persian due to high and low score, respectively.

Banaras Hindu University CUET PG cutoff 2024 has been released for various postgraduate courses. As per the first round, the cutoff scores ranged between 5 and 650 for the General AI category students. The most competitive course was M.P.A. in Dance (Kathak). BHU NEET PG 2025 was released for admission to various MD and MS course branches in the form of ranks. The most demanding branch would differ based on the category and round 

For the General AI category, the last round cutoff fell in the ranges of 89 and 117917 for the MD and MS courses. Among all the courses offered, the most difficult for admission was MD in Radiodiagnosis, with the last round cutoff of 89. This same courses had the first round cutoff at 179. Candidates should keep in mind that different categories and rounds will different cutoffs accordingly. 

BHU NEET PG cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category was 190 in the first round, which later increased to 86282 in the last round. According to the first and last round closing cutoff, the toughest MD course was MD in Radiodiagnosis, followed closely by MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy, with the last and first round cutoffs of 190 and 432, respectively. 

For the General AI category, the BHU NEET PG cutoff 2025 was 117917 in the last round. A rank of 80K could only get you admission to 1 course based on the last round cutoff list, ie., MD in Anatomy, with the rank of 117917.

BHU NEET PG cutoff 2025 was published for all rounds and categroies that belong to the All India category. For the 2nd round, the cutoff range from 120 to 65982 for the General AI category. In this round, the toughest course for admission was MD in Radiodiagnosis, with the cutoff being 120. On the other hand, the easiest course for enrolment was MD in Anatomy, with the cutoff being 65982.

BHU offers a two-year full-time MSc course via its IIT BHU college. The institute accepts the IIT JAM entrance exam scores, followed by its counselling rounds for admission. During the last round, the IIT BHU JAM cutoff 2025 varied between 325 and 409 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. BHU IIT JAM cutoff 2025 concluded with the release of the final round cutoff list for various All India categories. For the OBC AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 556 to 748 for admission to the MSc course branches. In the last round, the hardest branch for admission was Chemistry, with the cutoff of 556. BHU MSc cutoff 2025 was published for various All India categories for admission to the MSc in Chemistry and Physics branches. 

For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 308 to 325 for the MSc in Chemistry programme. On the other hand, for the OBC AI category, the round 1 and last round cutoff was 556. To know the cutoff for other categories, see the table below. 

BHU MDS cutoff 2025 was released for all rounds and categories belonging to the All India quota. For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 2 to 34.

 On the other hand, for the OBC AI category, the round 1 cutoff was 14, which later increased to 137 in the last round. Refer to the table below to know the cutoff for all other categories. 

BHU NEET MDS cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category ranged from 14 to 137 for admission to 3 MDS course specialisations, namely, Prosthodontics, Crown and Bridge,  Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and  Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry.

To get admission into MDS courses at BHU via NEET MDS, a candidate must have attained the highest and the lowest cutoff rank as per the cutoff list. The highest and the lowest cutoff rank for the General All India category candidates stood at 5 and 386, respectively. The affiliated colleges under BHU accepts NEET MDS score. Taking into consideration, the BHU cutoff 2024 for the last-round, 70 rank is a decent rank to get into BHU for variety of courses. However, for MDS in Orthodonitics and Dentofacial Orthopedics course, general AI quota candidates won't be able to get into the institute at 70 rank. This is because, the respective course has the lowest cutoff of 5 for the General category.

Banaras Hindu University cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to UG and PG courses. As per round 4 of the CUET UG BHU cut off 2025, the cutoff scores ranged between 94 and 628.46 for the B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology for the General category All India quota candidates.  So, considering the BHU latest round cutoff, a cutoff score of 200 is sufficient to get a seat in some courses at BHU.

BHU 2026 BSc Nursing admission is based on CUET UG scores. The BHU merit list for CUET UG will be released on the official website of BHU. According to the BHU, there will be three rounds of counselling along with an optional fourth round, if the seats remain vacant. Talking about the BHU maximum cutoff score of the previous year, B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology became the most competitive course with a cutoff score of 628.46 for the students belonging to the General quota. 

BHU CUET cutoff 2025 was published for admission to various UG-level courses in the form of scores. For the General AI category, the last round cutoff varied from 34.58 to 628.46. Hence, students should attain a score that is above 34.58 to be able to secure a seat at BHU.

BHU AYUSH cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various All India categories based on the AYUSH counselling results. For the General AI category, the last round cutoff was 30748. To know the last round cutoff for other categories, see the table below. 

Whether you could get admission at BHU for its BAMS course would depend on which category you belong to and several other factors, like the total number of seats available, the number of candidates registered, etc.  

For the OBC AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 34971 in the first round, and later dropped down to 32844 in the last round. So, to conclude, admission with a rank of 3000 could be possible for the OBC AI category. 

Admissions to the BAMS course at BHU is based on the AYUSH counselling process. The lowest NEET score accepted for the BAMS course for admission at BHU was 30748 for the General AI category.
