Banaras Hindu University Cutoff 2025: Check CUET UG, CUET PG Round Wise Cutoff Scores

As per BHU cutoff 2024 for the last-round seat allotment, the minimum rank stood at 1098 for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the OBC category, the minimum rank stood at 1585 for the MBBS course.

To get into BHU for the MD and MS courses, candidates should have valid NEET PG scores. For candidates belonging to the OBC category under the AI quota, the IIT BHU JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 varied between 528 and 6900 for admission to the BTech course across multiple specialisations. For students in the General AI category seeking admission to the BTech in CSE, the JEE Advanced last round cutoff ranks observed fluctuating trend over three years. The IIT BHU JEE Advanced last round closing rank was 1079 in 2023, which decreased to 1071 in 2024. The cutoff rank then increased to 1489 in 2025 for the General AI category students. Banaras Hindu University cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to UG and PG courses. As per round 4 of the CUET UG BHU cut off 2025, the cutoff scores ranged between 94 and 628.46 for the B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology for the General category All India quota candidates.  So, considering the BHU latest round cutoff, a cutoff score of 200 is sufficient to get a seat in some courses at BHU.

Students can access the CUET UG cut off list only after the cut offs are released by the CUET UG participating universities. The following steps should be followed to access the CUET cut off list of universities candidate is desirous to take admission in.

• Visit the official website of the applied and participating institutes
• On the homepage, click on the link to the current academic session CUET Cut Off
• A new login page will open on screen. Enter the credentials and submit
• Now, you can access the CUET UG cut off list when released

The above steps will be applicable only if instittues release the CUET UG cut offs. Otherwise, if the institutes release merit lists carrying their scores, then the minimum score would be considered as the CUET UG cut off. Universities like Delhi University does not released CUET cut off. Candidates will know the college/course allocated on the basis of the preferences filled by the candidate while filling the application form.

BHU CUET PG cutoff 2025 has been announced for admission across multiple specialisations including MA, MSc, MCA, MTTM, LLM,  and MBA. In CUET PG 2025, the overall closing score in the General category stood between 20 and 699. Wherein, the toughest and the easiest course among all the courses are MPA in Vocal Music (Hindustani) and MA in Persian due to high and low score, respectively.

Banaras Hindu University CUET PG cutoff 2024 has been released for various postgraduate courses. As per the first round, the cutoff scores ranged between 5 and 650 for the General AI category students. The most competitive course was M.P.A. in Dance (Kathak). The affiliated colleges under BHU accepts NEET MDS score. Taking into consideration, the BHU cutoff 2024 for the last-round, 70 rank is a decent rank to get into BHU for variety of courses. However, for MDS in Orthodonitics and Dentofacial Orthopedics course, general AI quota candidates won't be able to get into the institute at 70 rank. This is because, the respective course has the lowest cutoff of 5 for the General category.
