No, Janki Devi Memorial College admission to all the courses, i.e., undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, is entrance-based. While this DU-affiliated college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BCom and BSc, admission to all the postgraduate courses is subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. Janki Devi Memorial College along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to undergraduate was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU.

The applications for Janki Devi Memorial College that run simultaneously with DU registrations for undergraduate courses via CUET 2023 (for UG programmes) began on Feb 10, 2023, and were open till Mar 30. Additionally, for admission to postgraduate courses, CUET-PG registrations for the 2023 session started on Mar 20 and were open till May 5. The CUET UG exam was scheduled to take place between held from May 21 to Jun 8, 2023, and the results were announced in June. Janki Devi Memorial College admission 2023 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:

Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit Janki Devi Memorial College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option. 

Step 3: The University has released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on August 1, August 10 and August 22, 2023, respectively for all categories. 

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Janki Devi Memorial College will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Janki Devi Memorial College accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.
