JEE Main is conducted in two sessions each year, with session 2 usually held in April. For the current cycle, NTA had announced the JEE Main Session 2 exam dates, and the exams for Paper 1 (BTech) were conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8. The registration for session 2 is now closed. JIS College of Engineering has been one of the top institutes in the state of West Bengal. To take admission to BTech at JIS College of Engineering, follow the steps given below:
Check the eligibility criteria set by JIS College of Engineering, which includes passing Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and securing a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 in PCM.
Qualify for either WB-JEE or JEE Main or AMPAI.
Apply for admission to the BTech programme by appearing in WBJEE, JEE Main, or CEE AMPAI.
The merit list is prepared by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) for counseling.
