Good infrastructure and few facilities but money spent in course was not worth it.
Placements: There is a very low percentage of placement, up to 10%. The highest offered package is 5 LPA in Atkins and a few more sales and core companies. Although college management tried hard to arrange placements, on-campus internships were not an option for those who wanted to have any named on their own. Yet, the placement process and company visits have increased in the placement session of 2023-24.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is the only good part; otherwise, the facilities, including water access, Wi-Fi, and temperature moderation in extreme summers and winters, are absolutely negligible. Although the library is one of the nicest places to spend your time with books and stuff, the cafeteria and playground are well-maintained. Sports facilities are also moderate, but medical facilities are not very great. Hostels are good to go, including the mess facility. In some cases, the management is just not very considerate.
Faculty: In Civil, there is a shortage of teaching staff and even of lab assistants. A few teachers are up to the mark; otherwise, the rest are just filling up the vacancies. The curriculum is very much aligned with further aspects of higher studies or preparing for any kind of government exams. Although the semester exams are conducted by the university, so those are a little tough, the internal assessment in college is very easy to pass. The passing percentage in internal exams is almost 100%, and in external (semester) exams, it's 85%.
Other: Civil Engineering is a futuristic course that serves the development of any infrastructure, and the best part is the number of opportunities it provides. The college is not very good in terms of any co-curricular activities, although a yearly fest is always organized. I wish the staff could have been better so that we could have studied from them rather than shopping into a number of studying options, and also the attendance fairness—I mean, the student with 90% attendance is equivalent to a student with 9% attendance.

It is a good engineering college under AKTU.
Placements: The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA by Google. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, and Samsung. The top roles offered were junior manager and backed developer.
Infrastructure: Our campus was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, water coolers, classrooms, and hostels. Classrooms were air-conditioned. The hostel was average. Mess was good in this college.
Faculty: Teachers were great. They always clarify our doubts. They were very helpful in all aspects. The course curriculum was relevant. Semester exams were easy for those students who studied properly.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. I wanted to learn about engineering in a complex way. Everything was good in this college. Our college should improve its practical knowledge.

JSS ATEN review for newcomers and those who are looking for good colleges.
Placements: Placements at our college have been decreasing continuously and are worse than last year. This year, the highest placement is around INR 30 LPA, which was an average package for our college years ago. I have many concerns about my placement because, by that time, I don't think many good companies will come to our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are average, as all colleges generally have this type of infrastructure, and they are neither that good nor that bad. And talking about the boys hostel, it is a mess; there are fights all day, and the warden is not that good. Rooms and bathrooms are like jail bathrooms.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but they are not as helpful as they should be. They just want to complete the syllabus and go to the next class. Talking about papers, we have an average level of paper. The checking is based on the teacher's mood; if he or she is in a happy mood, then good marks are expected, and vice versa.
Other: I chose B.Tech with a CS specialization in AIML. It is a popular and growing course. The best thing about this course is that it connects me to the ongoing trends in the world. I think teaching us the basics in the first year must have been good, but they should focus on our coding and language, not on different irrelevant subjects.

JSS Noida: It is the best college to choose between JIIT, KIET, & other non government colleges.
Placements: About 70% students were placed with average packages and rest were preparing for further examinations, like GATE, SSC, BANK, UPSC, CSE, DEFENCE, etc.
The highest package was about INR 12lpa, average was INR 6lpa and the lowest was INR 2.5lpa.
L&T, Samsung engineering, Tata Projects were some of the top recruiting companies.
80% students got internship in various government firms and big civil tycoons like gaurs, l&t, etc.
Site Engineer, AE, JE, Project Head, Site Manager, etc. are some of the roles that are offered.
Infrastructure: Fully air conditioned classrooms with Wi-Fi connectivity around the campus. Labs are up to date with modern equipments and instruments. Library of JSS is one of the finest amongst colleges in Delhi NCR, having every course related book to every novel, biography, autobiography etc.
Hostel is pretty good. Food offered is quite delicious and tasty. We have two grounds, football & cricket with courts of volleyball and table tennis and a pretty good gymnasium.
Faculty: Teachers here are very concerned about the present and future of the students. Every faculty works hard for their subject and the teaching is very smooth and practical, not just for the sake of syllabus. Around every teacher holds a Doctorate in their field. Course curriculum is up to date and prepares the students for real life problems and if the knowledge applied is right, real life solutions are also produced.

Review of JSS Academy of Technical Education.
Placements: Around 13 students out of 120 students were placed in the civil department. Placements in the civil department are decent. The highest salary package offered is 33.9 LPA and the average salary package offered is around 5 LPA. The lowest salary package is 3 LPA. About 569 total offers are given to our college students of all branches. Accenture is the top recruiting company for our course. Assistant engineer is the top role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: All the basic facilities are provided in our department. There are labs and classrooms. The library is accessible to all till 9 p.m. on weekdays. In the hostel, there are 3-seater rooms and each gets a bed, a cupboard, a study table, and a chair. The quality of mess is decent and hygienic. As of now, there are no medical facilities. Majorly, all sports facilities are provided in our college.
Faculty: Teachers of the civil department are very helpful. They do not overburden students. Teachers are very cooperative, knowledgeable, and qualified. Every teacher has a unique way of teaching. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready to excel in their fields. Semester exams are neither very hard nor easy. They are moderate. For semester exams, we should start preparing for them at least 20 days prior to exams. You should get at least 30 percent in the external exams of each subject. The pass percentage for internal and external exams should be 30%.
Other: I pursued B.Tech in civil engineering to take civil as optional in the UPSC exam. Our college should improve its infrastructure of the civil department. Our college organises a fest named Zealicon. The campus crowd is also good. Our college has the best location, and everything is available at footsteps. Campus is also good. It is surrounded by the corporate world. Scholarships are provided by the government based on economic conditions.
