Teachers are good. Infrastructure is also okay.

Placements: Placements are average, with decent packages. More than 50% of students get internships in decent companies in the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) course. We get internships in roles like HR, management, and finance.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi signal does not work. There are two Wi-Fi networks, but neither of them works. Labs are good and neat. The classrooms are below average but okay and adjustable. They are not too good. The fans do not work properly. The library is too good. The infrastructure of the library is okay. Canteens are good. Food is made cleanly and tastes okay.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well qualified. The way of teaching is good, and they are friendly. They provide notes and clear doubts. Semester exams are relatively difficult, but the passing percentage of students is 91%. Overall, it is good.

Satisfied with the faculty, but not the infrastructure.

Placements: 7–8 students get placed; the highest package is 14 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA. 40 percent of students get internships in MNCs. Top roles offered by our course are lecturer, content writer, etc., which need good communication skills and a better understanding of English.

Infrastructure: It provides better facilities for students and has the best faculty in our department. Food and medical facilities are also better. However, the infrastructure is not worth it according to expectations; it has good sides, but it is not better. The college needs to improve its infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, supportive, and have good knowledge of their subjects, they even help personally as needed by the students. Semester exams are not very tough or very easy, they are basically a balance for both toppers and average students of the college.

Other: Our course revolves around the history of our own country and many others. Fests and events are also good.

Not satisfied, not worthy at all.

Placements: Around 64 percent of students are placed in my course. As of now, I am not a passed-out student, therefore, I do not know regarding the exact placement packages, but I can say that they are very low, around 1.94 LPA. On the list of recruiting companies, there are Infosys, BCG, etc. Only 1.24 percent of students get placed in top companies.

Infrastructure: I would say it is the worst. Wi-Fi is available, but it does not give access at all. It is only available for the faculty members. Talking about the canteen, there is no proper sanitation or cleanliness, and prices are very high compared to top south and other colleges. Even medical facilities are not provided when needed.

Faculty: Faculty members are much better compared to the infrastructure, canteens, and other facilities, but even among them, some faculty members are not good. I do not feel like it makes students industry-ready because there is no practical program, and even the PCs do not work properly. Semester exams are sometimes moderate and sometimes above average. The passing percentage is around 75 percent.

Other: I come from a finance background and I am good at financial management, which is why I choose this course. I feel like rather than focusing on theoretical things, we should focus on being more pragmatic. They should also work on the charges for food in the canteen because they literally charge too high prices.

Review of Kalindi College, University of Delhi.

Placements: Placement information is not very clear. Students are often not properly informed about when placement drives start, which companies are visited, or when the process ends. More transparency, regular updates, and proper placement guidance are also needed.

Infrastructure: The college does not have a hostel. The infrastructure is in very poor condition. Several buildings need urgent maintenance and raise safety concerns. Most labs, except the Maths lab, also need improvement. The canteen food quality is not satisfactory.

Faculty: I'm happy with my course and faculty. The Computer Science teachers are very supportive, helpful, and approachable. They explain concepts well and guide us during exams. The Maths teachers are also supportive and explain topics properly. Overall, the course experience is good.

Overall the college is good.

Placements: Placements are not really that great, but you can get a decent placement from here. The internship cell is pretty active, though. You can definitely get a good internship through the college. The college is not very bad, but not that good either, so that's it.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are average but the crowd is very good. It is a good college with good people. The canteen is average too but it is already getting better day by day. It is good will recommend it all and all 3 out of 5 can be given.

Faculty: The courses offered are good, and the faculty is good too. The teachers are a little bit strict. In some subjects, you will have to maintain a register and attend regular classes, submit assignments, the marks are not easily given they have to be earned.

The faculty of my college is really helpful and understanding, and overall it is good.

Placements: The percentage of the students placed in this course varies by year. I do not know the exact amount of packages that have been provided because I am a second-year student, but as far as I know, the highest package is 24 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA. I do not have much knowledge about the lowest package. There are a lot of companies associated with Kalindi College, such as TCS, Wipro, and HDFC Bank. Around 30 or 40 percent of students get internships from here. B.Sc. Physical Science offers multiple roles which can enhance a student's skills, including IT software, technical support executive, and business analyst.

Infrastructure: The facilities are kind of satisfactory, and I do not have any issue regarding the infrastructure. Laboratory facilities are available for computer science, though the Wi-Fi is not that fast, we do struggle regarding the Wi-Fi. The classrooms are also satisfactory. The hostel has been made recently, so I do not know exactly about the hostel mess facilities. There are many sports available, and coaches are present here, so overall things are satisfactory.

Faculty: I would say the faculty members are very qualified, highly understanding, educated, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. This course provides us with experiences in every field, including societies and extra-curricular activities. The semester examinations are average to difficult, but they can be cleared by regular studies throughout the semester.

Other: I choose this course because it provides a wide range of experience in multiple fields out there, and by taking this course, I can get into any field even if it does not resemble my course. Events, fests, campus crowd, and everything else are satisfactory, but I hope more events should take place as well.

Q: What is the last date for Kalindi College admission 2023?

The applications for Kalindi College that run simultaneously with DU registrations for undergraduate courses via CUET 2023 (for UG programmes) began on Feb 10, 2023, and were open till Mar 30. Additionally, for admission to postgraduate courses, CUET-PG registrations for the 2023 session started on Mar 20 and were open till May 5. Interested students were able to apply online on the official website of CUET UG and CUET PG.

The CUET UG exam was scheduled to take place between held from May 21 to Jun 8, 2023, and the results were announced in June. Delhi University (affiliated university for Kalindi College has also released the dates for the first, second and third DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which is Aug 1, Aug 10 and Aug 22, 2023, respectively.

Q: How can I get admission in Kalindi College?

In 2022, Kalindi College (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Kalindi College admission 2023 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:

Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit Kalindi College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option.

Step 3: The University releases dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists for all categories.

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Kalindi College will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification.

Step 5: Once Kalindi College accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.
