Affordable course but poor infrastructure and limited placement support.
Placements: Only 10-15% of students from my course got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA, average is around 3.5 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, and Genpact. Some students also got off-campus offers from Deloitte and Accenture. Around 30-40% of students did internships through platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, or referrals. Most internships are unpaid or have low stipend. The roles offered are mostly business development associate, data entry operator, and research intern. The college does not provide strong placement support or proper training sessions. Roles offered included BDA, data entry, and research interns.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are basic and not well-maintained. Wi-Fi is slow and not reliable. No proper labs for our course. Library is okay but lacks updated resources. Hostel rooms are small and have poor maintenance. Mess food is average and sometimes hygienic. Medical and sports facilities are very limited. Overall, the infrastructure needs a lot of improvement.
Faculty: Most teachers are qualified but not very interactive or supportive. Teaching is mostly theory-based, with very little practical exposure. Course curriculum is outdated and not aligned with current industry needs. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but lack application-based questions. Pass percentage is generally high, but actual understanding of concepts remains low.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in economics and wanted to explore interdisciplinary learning. The best part is the flexibility of subjects. However, I wish the course had more practical learning and industry exposure. Campus events are rare, and extracurricular activities need more promotion. Connectivity is fine, and some scholarships are available for reserved categories.

Kalindi College is a good option for those who are looking for academics and curriculum.
Placements: Placements are not very good in the college; very few students get placed through college placement cell society, although there are many opportunities for internships. Either students opt for higher studies or look for jobs off campus. But the placement cell tries its best.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is okay. There are many facilities, like computer labs, libraries, classrooms that are well maintained, and Wi-Fi. There are facilities for sports and games, and the canteen food is good. The college does not provide hostels for students; it becomes a little difficult for students who are outstation ones.
Faculty: The faculty for economic honors is so good, and I have heard from my friends as well that the faculty for political science and other courses are also good, so as far as academics are concerned, the college is the best choice for them, and exams are also conducted in a nice manner. Curriculum is also good like other DU colleges.

Nice faculty but not good for placements at all.
Placements: Placement is horrible at Kalindi College. You can only expect 2-3 LPA jobs with no career growth at all. No domain-specific internships or job placement opportunities. I haven't heard of a single senior or batchmate being placed at a good college. Don't expect anything.
Infrastructure: In the name of infrastructure, there is nothing. It's been 3 years and there is a hostel under construction which is still in it with no visible progress. Other than that, washrooms are the worst part of it. Canteen is also just average. Then again, what can you expect for an off-campus college. I personally chose it because of my course econ hons. You have CP really close, so you can hit that also. Overall, it was just fine.
Faculty: Faculty is overall satisfactory with some great ones, this is for Economics hons, which is like a rigorous course so don't expect something extraordinary. Because of that, always first research about your course and faculty and then make a solid decision. Of course, college name goes a long way in life. Mark my words.

Students should not be concerned about taking admission to the college.
Placements: It offers placements, but they are mostly part-time jobs because we must compromise our studies as students. For needy people, it is very good. They need to upload a resume and give some interviews to get selected for placements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are not like those in colleges. They do not have air conditioners. They are only in the library and cyber center. You have to make up your card, then you can only use the library. Food is also good at the canteen, and a lot of variety is present.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. Some are very helpful. They help you grow and learn more about your career. They are strict on exams. Our course, B.A. Economics (Hons), is somewhat similar to Maths Hons. Because of the teachers, they got well. Exams are conducted with full discipline.

The facilities are not very mind boggling.
Placements: About 30% students get placements from my course, with the highest package going upto 9 LPA and the lowest to 3 LPA. Research firms, BPO and ITES. In college less than twenty percent students get internship. Top roles such as researchers and Masters in economics.
Infrastructure: The library is good but the labs ain't in good condition, also students washroom stinks a lot, classroom's condition is good. There is no hostel facility in our college but one can take admission in university's hostels which is affordable and gives a pleasant healthy environment.
Faculty: Teachers at kalindi are really helpful and they help and guide us academically and personally too. Economic honours at kalindi is worth studying and it makes us industry ready. Semester exams are not difficult and can easily be cleared if someone reads religiously for 10 days also he/she can easily clear the examination. It is student friendly.
Other: To get admission in this college one needs to get very high marks to clear University's cut off. I think our course can be improved with professors interacting more with students, crowd is good but there is no provision of fest.
