Kalindi College admission 2023 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. Step 3: The University releases dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists for all categories.

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Kalindi College will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification.

Only opt if you want a DU label in your CV.
Placements: Hardly 10 percent of students got job offers. The highest package for a tech company is around 5 LPA, and the average is around 2 LPA-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HCL, SBI BANK, HDFC BANK, and INFOSYS. Around 30% got an internship in some startups and 10 percent in SBI Bank and HCL. I think the top roles are consulting associate.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility. The labs are decent, and the classrooms are like government school-classrooms. No hostel is available and it's still in process. Canteen food is good. You can get good samosas, read pakoda, for Rs. 10- Rs. 40. We have a gym also, for Rs. 300 per month. The trainer was good. The medical room is good. Not too big a sports ground but it's nice. You can also play table tennis and carrom on the first floor above the gym.
Faculty: The faculty is very nice. Did not have any bad experience with revision, doubt, and assignment. Professors are corporate. My political curriculum was nice, it was interesting, and I had fun learning international politics and relations. Exams are not at all difficult, it's just important to attend a few classes before the exam because teachers might tell you important topics to prepare, which really helps a lot. You need to get more than 33 marks to pass. If you fail in the 2nd semester, you will reappear for the same in the 4th semester.
Other: I chose Political Science because it is interesting, reading about policies, rules, and laws. It is not too hard to understand, I think some case studies would be better to improve. Events are decent, but no super-famous singer or artist has ever come. Lehren Fest is nice, especially the dance performances by students. The campus is in a residential area, so there is not much to roam, but the Karol Bagh market is just a Rs. 20 rickshaw ride away.

I suggest you all to get admission in Kalindi College.
Placements: 7 CGP is needed for placement like skill matters a lot. Different package depends on skill of student. So many MNC brands come for placements. 7 CGP is required for internships like summer internships, and all for research, abroad, language, and DD national sanskrit.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi doesn't work that much. Classroom are also okay. Library is good, no doubt. Hostel is under construction. Sports and games are good for college students as sports help to achieve gold and silver prizes in university. Medical facilities are so good.
Faculty: Teachers are so talented, no doubt. They have vast knowledge, and they help students a lot. Students are connected to teachers, and students get good marks in internal and external as well. If you achieve more than 5, it is said pass but atleast you have to get 7 CGP.
Other: I love to study Sanskrit since 3rd class to 12th class. I have studied it as my language subject, and I want to be a professor that's why I chose this course.

Faculty amazed me, but the infrastructure, placement, and crowd are worse.
Placements: We did not have enough students placed in the year 2024. The institution boasts of well trained professional teachers with great experience in their field, but when it comes to placements, it was below average. I wanted to pursue further education that's why I did not search for jobs for myself. But few students who were interested in the field work had to look for internships and jobs for themselves.
Infrastructure: This college was equipped with satisfactory laboratories in all domains, be it for journalism and mass communication, physics, chemistry, biology, agriculture, etc. But there were a few things that needed to be note like you did not get enough to use the equipment easily and independently. You could barely carry the cameras and other equipment off the campus. There were also no hostels at this college.
Faculty: This college had great faculty members who were not only experienced but also provided valuable knowledge for our future endeavors. They train and guide the students regularly and make them future-ready. Journalism department was the best part of this college as far as I had experienced. The exams were moderate and could be passed easily if you had attended your lectures regularly and attentively.
Other: I got admission at this college after the corona outbreak, so I had studied the whole first semester online, but even in the online mode I could very clearly understand what was being taught. The way teachers explained every single topic was just commendable. 5 stars to the faculty members. Infrastructure really needs to be looked at. There were few annual fests that you could enjoy with your friends. The crowd was average, so if your priority was acquiring good quality education, you could definitely go for this college.

Supportive faculty members, budget-friendly fee, and good learning experience.
Placements: I am currently pursuing B.A. program from Kalindi College (batch 2022-2026). In our course, placement opportunities are very limited. Hardly 5-10% of students get placed through campus drives. The average package is around 2.5 LPA, and the highest can go upto 4 LPA to 5 LPA, mostly in commerce-related courses. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, and a few NGOs. Internships are mostly self-sourced, and 20-30% of students manage to get them. Common roles offered are content writing, data entry, and sales.
Infrastructure: Kalindi College has decent infrastructure. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with fans and projectors in some rooms. Library is well-stocked with course books and reference material. Computer lab is functional, but can be improved. Wi-Fi is available but not very reliable. There is no hostel facility in Kalindi College. Canteen serves basic snacks and tea, but variety and hygiene can be improved. Medical room and common rooms are available and maintained.
Faculty: Faculty members in the economics and mathematics department are very supportive and knowledgeable. They explain topics clearly and are open to doubts even outside class hours. Course curriculum is updated as per Delhi University guidelines and builds conceptual understanding. Exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is high if students attend regularly. Teachers also help during internals and project submissions.
Other: College has a friendly and supportive environment, especially for girls. Most students are from Delhi or nearby states. Various cultural societies and academic clubs make college life lively. Events like the annual fest Lehren, debates, and NSS activities keep the campus buzzing. However, campus space is small. There is not much greenery or hangout spots.

I am not dissatisfied at all because in many cases the college is very good.
Placements: In B.A. courses, there was no facility, and even the placement selection is not working well, only theory-based study. Nothing about real-life ability so if there is work in this area then the college can be good, and good companies can also come.
Infrastructure: It was fine but the game conditions were like a mess, there were no proper game grounds. The hostel was also under construction since last several years but overall it was just fine. But things were changing with time like I see recently hostel works almost done and ground also.
Faculty: Our teachers were good. I had been a Sanskrit student, and I personally like all the teachers. They were qualified and also had talent. Course curricular activities did not have any effect but exams were cleared easily. The exam teacher makes the syllabus good.
Other: Some skills development classes should be added for course improvement like those available today, and tools should be used that will make it easier to do the job.

Affordable course but poor infrastructure and limited placement support.
Placements: Only 10-15% of students from my course got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA, average is around 3.5 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, and Genpact. Some students also got off-campus offers from Deloitte and Accenture. Around 30-40% of students did internships through platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, or referrals. Most internships are unpaid or have low stipend. The roles offered are mostly business development associate, data entry operator, and research intern. The college does not provide strong placement support or proper training sessions. Roles offered included BDA, data entry, and research interns.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are basic and not well-maintained. Wi-Fi is slow and not reliable. No proper labs for our course. Library is okay but lacks updated resources. Hostel rooms are small and have poor maintenance. Mess food is average and sometimes hygienic. Medical and sports facilities are very limited. Overall, the infrastructure needs a lot of improvement.
Faculty: Most teachers are qualified but not very interactive or supportive. Teaching is mostly theory-based, with very little practical exposure. Course curriculum is outdated and not aligned with current industry needs. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but lack application-based questions. Pass percentage is generally high, but actual understanding of concepts remains low.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in economics and wanted to explore interdisciplinary learning. The best part is the flexibility of subjects. However, I wish the course had more practical learning and industry exposure. Campus events are rare, and extracurricular activities need more promotion. Connectivity is fine, and some scholarships are available for reserved categories.
