Kathir College of Engineering is good placement college.

Placements: Kathir College of Engineering placement training team brought 10-15 companies for the campus interview. That was very helpful for us. Our seniors also had placed in well-reputed companies. Our college brought both core and non-core companies like Infosys, Zoho, TVS, Yamaha, Wipro, and IBM come for recruitment. The highest salary package was 14 LPA. The lowest salary package was 3 LPA. 95% of students got placed every year.

Infrastructure: Kathir College of Engineering classrooms were normal and pretty comfortable. This college provided Wi-Fi facilities on the college campus. This college laboratory facilities were also very good. Well-stocked library was also there at this college. This college hostel rooms and mess food were also very good. 24-hour medical facilities were also available at this college. Some sports ground facilities were also there at this college.

Faculty: Kathir College of Engineering teachers were very friendly. They help us in every subject. So I got first-class marks in all semester exams. 90% of students passed all semester exams. Our department staffs teach some additional computer courses also that was very helpful for our placements. Our department staffs arranged more industry visit programs every year.

Other: This college management conducted cultural fests, Pongal celebration, and sports day, which will bring more fun for us. They will recognize the toppers by giving scholarships and prizes. This college had good placement and infrastructure facilities. This college provided good transportation facilities. Overall, good engineering college in Coimbatore.

About the experience in my college.

Placements: In our college, nearly 70 percentage of students got placed. The average salary is 3LPA. The highest package is 6LPA. Amazon, Wipro, tcs, infosys are some of the top recruiting companies. After studying this course, you can enter in software field, if you interested in coding, otherwise you can choose hardware.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college are well developed in now a days. In our college the manager are arrange the Wi-Fi facility, library and so bandwidth of our lab are better compared to all others. They are many journal, magazine and other books based on the department are very useful.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful like an friend and then well trained and also well knowledge facilities. The teaching level like an IIT college staff. Yes this course curriculum relevant and our students are ready to industries and placements. Depend on the question paper I will consider the exam are easy or difficult.

Review of Kathir College of Engineering.

Placements: Almost 75% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Zoho, Infosys, Cisco, etc. Almost 50% of students got internships in the 3rd year in local companies in Coimbatore.

Infrastructure: Our college has more than 300 computers. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. We have a huge library with more than 50,000 books. Our college provides a separate hostel for boys and girls. The food served in the mess is good and hygienic. It provides vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. Our course curriculum is relevant and it is helpful for our future. We have internal exams every month so it is easy for us to prepare for semester exams. The pass percentage is above 75%.

Other: I opted for this course because I want to become a software engineer. This course is very helpful for students who want to enter the software field.

It is a perfect college to do the course and extracurricular activities.

Placements: Out of 40, 30 students were getting placements based on their practical knowledge. The salary package offered is based on the company and the knowledge of students. The highest package offered is 8 LPA. Internship programs for students may vary based on their interests. It is not compulsory to attend the internship that is offered by the college. Students can do whatever they want.

Infrastructure: Facilities of our college include laboratories, a library, a seminar hall, a canteen, a discussion hall, and other facilities that are needed for a college are maintained properly. The canteen facility is fine, but the food quality is not that good.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful not only to the whole class. They can take care of each student personally and solve their problems and needs. The course contents are the same as at Anna University, so there are no irrelevant subjects. Our college comes under Anna University.

This college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: In our college placement percent is average. The highest paid salary package is nearly 6 LPA and the lowest paid is nearly 1.5. LPA. I have seen many companies visiting for recruitment like Zoho, ILM, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The average salary through on-campus recruitment is 2.6 LPA. It provides opportunities to avail student's projects in the industry as an internship with a stipend during their graduation.

Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure and facilities are up to the mark with all facilities provided and I am a day scholar student so I don't about the hostel facilities. The campus consists of an embedded lab called Kars, which will have a resource from Texas. Moreover, IIT bombay remote center is available on the campus.

Faculty: In our college, faculty members are well qualified and their teaching is also too good. Course curriculum are followed according to the Anna University schedule. Teaching is also according to the Anna University syllabus. The semester exam difficulties vary by semester.

The campus crowd is diverse, friendly, and cooperative.

Placements: The placement opportunities for my course are good and improving every year. Around 80 percent of students from my batch got placed through campus recruitment. The placement cell actively supports students by conducting aptitude training, technical sessions, mock interviews, and resume preparation workshops. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA, and the average package ranges between 3-4 LPA. The lowest package offered is 2.5 LPA, which is acceptable for freshers. Top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and other service-based companies. Many students also secured internships during the course period, mainly in IT and software roles.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good and well-maintained. Classrooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with projectors for smart learning. Laboratories are well furnished with updated systems and required software for practical sessions. High-speed Wi-Fi is available across the campus, including academic blocks and hostels. The library has a wide collection of textbooks, reference books, journals, and digital resources, which are helpful for both academic and competitive exams. Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It has a very big computer lab with 250 computers, well-defined lab technicians, and Wi-Fi but the password should be shared with students only for project purposes. The infrastructure of our hostel is average.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, knowledgeable, well-qualified, and friendly. Semester exams are moderate to pass. The pass percentage is 70%.

Infrastructure: I am satisfied with its infrastructure. It is suitable for all climates. Free Wi-Fi is also enabled. All laboratories are well maintained. Classrooms are convenient for all. In the library, thousands of books are available to gain knowledge.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They all have multiple skills, and they are good at teaching, organizing, motivating, etc. Our college is affiliated with Anna University so the semester questions are tough, but it is easy to clear the exam because of the teachers.

Other: I am a computer science student since higher education that's why I opted for this course. Our course is very effective and upgraded. This course is going smoothly.
