Decent college, if the intake of students is less, I think it can excel more.

Faculty: The majority of the faculty members are really experienced and have a very unique way of teaching. But talking about the course, I don't know why they teach us C language, and as for the sem exams, it is moderate, and if prepared well, they are easy. We get a lot of freedom to do research, and KIIT has helped a lot of industries across Bhubaneswar to grow more by providing them with technologies that would have cost them way more than they can imagine.

Decent if you do not have options.

Faculty: Some teachers are good, some are like themselves, struggling to understand the theory. They are qualified. I am in 1st semester of the CSE branch, and till now we have not done anything related to CSE. Semester exams are not that difficult if you study well. No idea about the pass percentage.

I am not satisfied with my college, its decent, but not worth it.

Faculty: Some teachers are good, some are not, it totally depends. The teachers are mostly qualified from IITs and NITs. The course is somewhat decent, not the best, it is average. I don't think it makes industry-ready. The semester exam is very easy. A minimum 6 CGPA is required to pass.

Good college, faculty, excellent infrastructure, bad ROI, average placements, and good campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are super helpful, experienced, and kind-hearted. They are very knowledgeable, and teaching quality is also good. The course is relevant according to me, though I don’t know deeply as it is my first year. Semester exams are moderate to hard for midsems, and for endsems, they are mostly on the harder side. With regular study, you can get very good marks. Overall, exams are moderate to hard.

KIIT, the way to success.

Faculty: Some of the teachers are very helpful, and some of them are not so helpful. But overall, teachers are very good, qualified and well-informed. The curriculum is also relevant for industry purposes. The semester exams are a little bit on the tough side.

Till now, I am satisfied.

Faculty: In the case of the faculty, it's well qualified for the case of a private university. Every student gets their personal mentor for guidance and other stuff, but this mentor and teacher are only helpful when you are in the 2nd year and above, they help you with research and higher studies. I am personally doing this, so I know this thing very well. Exam patterns are very common, like other colleges, one mid-term and one end-of-semester exam, every semester and continuous evaluation. In the case o...

A good infrastructure, skilled teachers, and promising placements.

Faculty: The teachers are quite knowledgeable, helpful, and they are quite smart. They know how to teach properly, they won't only teach from PPT and go, they will explain everything in detail and give proper efforts to every student. You can ask them doubts not only related to academics, but they can also give you good life lessons.

Good college if you are dedicated.

Faculty: The professors are good and helpful if you are a student serious about studies. There are wonderful facilities for research and development. The curriculum is also the latest one with great lab facilities and classrooms. The semester exams are easy to crack with the guidance of the teachers and regular attendance in classes.

KIIT is a waste of money, prefer other colleges.

Faculty: Decent faculty. Odia students are given preference. They even get good marks, and sometimes teachers start teaching in Odia, and also want us to learn Odia to study. Please don't come to this college. Teachers don't give us right information. Some of them are good, but mostly are very bad. Even the higher authorities are also bad. They are all rubbish. Some teachers are good.

It's a good college, and I am happy.

Faculty: KIIT's B.Tech faculty is strong and accessible. Though variability exists across departments. The curriculum is well designed, keeping industry relevance in view and layered with practical exposure. Exams are reasonably challenging and manageable, upheld by structured evaluation processes and high pass rates.

College is average as far as I can say.

Faculty: Teachers are good except few. Course curriculum is average, and mostly focused on GATE pov type. Exams are moderately difficult. Only focusing on course curriculum, you can't get a job. You need to do self-skilling, like learning some developments to stand out from the crowd.

It is overall good, and if we work hard, we will get good placements.

Faculty: Semester exams are easy if we study the PYQs, and most concepts will be cleared. Many questions will be repeated from them. The course curriculum is relevant and starts from basics. If we pay attention, then we will easily get 9 CGPA. Teachers are qualified and interactive.

The reality is way different than things on the internet.

Faculty: Many teachers are helpful and highly qualified. A few teachers are highly qualified but do not have teaching skills. Teachers like to cut students' internal marks and semester marks without any reason. Overall, teachers are very supportive of students. Courses are good here.

Great infrastructure and decent placements, but outcomes vary widely across students and branches.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, not only for studies but also for personal guidance. Semester exams are not that difficult. If you have attended all the classes and have notes, then the exams are very simple to pass. The pass percentage is 40/100, and it's not very difficult.
