The candidate should have passed in the examination conducted by a recognised University leading to award of LL.B. degree (minimum 50% aggregate marks). Candidates who have appeared for the final year examinations may also apply

Candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school from recognised University are eligible to apply and register as per UGC guidelines.

The entrance test consists of two sections including NMIMS Written Research Ability Test and Critique a Research Manuscript (subject-specific written test). The final selection is based on marks secured in the Personal Interview (PI) round.
