It has a good campus, decent placements, and excellent faculty support.
Placements: At Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, around 75-80% of students from the BCA course got placed, especially those with a strong project background. The highest package is 6.5 LPA, and the lowest package is around 2.8 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, USD Global, and Tech Mahindra. Nearly 60% of students secured internships at Zoho, IBS Software, and a few Kerala-based tech startups. Roles offered are typically front-end developer, support analyst, QA intern, and junior software developer.
Infrastructure: The BCA department has dedicated computer labs with good configuration and regular access to Wi-Fi. The hostel facilities are moderate to good, with clean rooms and on-time maintenance. Wi-Fi is available in common areas. The mess food is decent, serving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food with variations throughout the week. There is also a well-maintained canteen and medical assistance on call. Sports facilities like a football ground, basketball court, etc., are available for students.
Faculty: Teachers of the BCA department are well-qualified and approachable. Most professors are postgraduates or PhD holders with solid teaching and industrial experience. The course curriculum is up to date with the latest technology and teaches essential skills like coding, data structures, databases, development, and cloud computing. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with regular study. The pass percentage is high, with most students clearing all subjects on time.
Other: The course offers good value for money for the fee they charge, so I chose it. The teaching quality, infrastructure, and placement support make it worthwhile. Students are friendly, disciplined, and diverse, with people from different parts of Kerala and nearby states. The campus life is enjoyable with events like tech fest, Daksh, cultural days, etc.

Good college with a great view and freedom with a focus.
Placements: I'm studying BCA, and in my class, there are 60-plus students. Many companies are there to recruit us, like IBM and UST Global. Students who got internships are around 60-70%. The roles we get from this course are software developer, web developer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi over here for every building or department. There are three labs for computer coding. Our classrooms are neatly maintained with projector screens. The library is also good, with many books, both fictional and for research purposes. The food that is available in our cafeteria is good, and the environment around it is comforting. They have sports and games occasionally.
Faculty: Teachers are super hardworking and supportive at this college. They teach us only the necessary things. They care for every student. The course curriculum is not so bad, but it includes some unnecessary topics. The semester exams are not as difficult as they conduct model, internal, and class tests frequently. Most of the students have passed.
Other: I chose this course as I was interested in the field of computers. The best thing is that it's not that difficult. The only thing they should improve is to include only the necessary topics, avoiding the unnecessary ones.

If you want to enjoy college life, try a better college.
Placements: As a first-year student, I’m still a few years away from experiencing placements myself. But I’ve been keeping a close eye on how things work here. From what I’ve seen, our college has a solid placement record. It’s really reassuring to know that big names like Wipro and TCS regularly visit our campus. It shows that companies actually trust the quality of students graduating from here. One thing that stands out is that these companies don’t just offer final job placements. They also provide internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure facilities are top-notch. Classrooms follow the traditional way of teaching with chalk and board, but if needed, all the classrooms are having with projectors and projection screens. About 50,000 books are available in our library. Wi-Fi is there on my college campus, but mobile phones are not allowed during college hours.
Faculty: Teachers put in their full effort to teach us everything. They are friendly and highly qualified for their professions. I would rate the teaching quality 5 out of 5. The curriculum is still old-fashioned. It is not even available for modern industries. Semester exams are always tough. I don't know why, but they feel that way. The pass percentage for internal exams in my college is 35%, and for semester exams, it is 40%.
Other: I chose this course to make an AI like Jarvis from the Iron Man movie. There are many things that need to be improved in my college, but the events are always top-notch.

A home to experience the best.
Placements: A good number of students move out of this college to acquire placements in different companies that come for recruitment. The college also offers internship facilities for students to gain practical knowledge in the field they will be venturing into.
Infrastructure: Regarding infrastructure and facilities offered, the college is something excellent. The college campus is excellent, filled with a lot of greenery around. The college offers free Wi-Fi facility. It has well-equipped labs and classrooms. There are also facilities for sports and games as well.
Faculty: Teachers here are qualified and skilled in teaching. They put in their maximum effort to make students understand the curriculum better. The course curriculum offered is relevant and equips students with the knowledge they need for their career.
Other: I love computers, which is the reason I applied for this course. The college hosts fests that enable students to develop their leadership qualities and collaboration. The campus surroundings are neat and tidy. The college offers scholarships, and there are also extracurricular activities along with the studies.

I prefer this college for studying.

Infrastructure: Everywhere, Wi-Fi is available. Students in this college have access to free Wi-Fi provided by the college; this is a free Wi-Fi campus. The labs are very advantageous and beautiful to see. The library is also very good for reading, with a peaceful atmosphere and no noise.
Faculty: Teachers are very lovable and kind. They clear up every doubt that we have and help make a bright future for our generation. They are not like old-fashioned teachers; they teach like friends. This is a very good college for studying students.

This college is good in all aspects.
Placements: Almost 85 % of students who took BCA got placed in well-settled MNCs and companies. The highest salary package offered in BCA is above 30LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 10LPA. Top companies are Deloitte, Wipro, Intel, etc., recruiting students from this course. The top roles offered in this course are office assistant, computer operator, etc.
Infrastructure: The college consists of 5 computer labs, and the infrastructure is very great, with polished and painted classrooms with smart boards and projector screens. It consists of a library. It also gives priority to sports and other co-curricular activities such as arts and music.
Faculty: Here the teachers are themselves passed out from the same college and teaching at a high salary, and the teaching quality is clear and understanding. The semester exams are not very tough but clearable, and the pass percentage is 100%. All total is a real adventure.
Other: I chose this college because of more overstudies, and this college consists of a lot of relaxing activities and fests and programs, so all in total, it's entertaining campus life.
