Really good infrastructure and facilities were available for the students.

Placements: Our college is providing good placement opportunities to the students in the B.Com. course. In my batch, 30% of the students get placed at this college. The average package offered was between 2 and 4 LPA. The college has a special team for placement-related activities. In our course, mostly sales and marketing companies visit college for placements.

Infrastructure: Kumaraguru College has average infrastructure and facilities for its students. The college has Wi-Fi, labs, a library, a canteen, a hostel, sports facilities, etc. for its students. Canteen food was good to eat. Hostel facilities were also available for the students. Mess offers a variety of food items and is good to eat.

Faculty: The faculty of the college was helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of the teaching was also good. The course curriculum of the college was relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams at the college were not hard to pass. Teachers complete the syllabus on time.

Happy with campus life, dissatisfied with hostel facility. Decent placement cell.

Placements: More than 75% of the students got placed in my course in top companies. Top recruiting companies who visited my college include HCL, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Rush Republic, Zoho, etc. Top roles offered to them include accountant, analyst, sales and marketing executive, customer support services, etc. The highest package was 5LPA, the lowest being 2.5LPA and the average being 3.2LPA. Our college does not provide any internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: Our college is equipped with facilities like Wi-Fi, a central library and a department library with numerous books for reference to students. Classrooms are well furnished and equipped with podiums. There is also a gym, sports ground, several canteens, an auditorium, and seminar halls for students. In the hostel, students get a chair, and a table each. 4 students share a room and common restrooms are there for everyone. Hostel food was hygienic. Only veg is made and allowed inside campus. 24/7 medical facilities are available.

Faculty: Most of the lecturers have finished their Ph.D. and have a minimum of 10 years of experience. The teaching quality is good. They are very friendly and clarify all doubts. The course curriculum is very relevant when compared to other colleges and students are industry-ready when they pass out. The semester exams are moderate difficult but with lecturers' guidance, students can clear them. The pass percentage is above 90.

Other: I chose this course as I wanted to become an entrepreneur. The best things about this course include the relevant syllabus and interactive curriculum. The only thing which can be improved is reducing the burden or volume of the content. Our college conducts an annual fest named YUGAM which is one of South India's the largest fest. Campus life is very good inside the college. Every year top 10 students in each class are awarded with Mahatma Gandhi Merit Scholarship.

Good campus life, decent placements, average hostel infrastructure.

Placements: More than 70% of the students in my course got placed. Top recruiting companies include HCL, Infoysys, ICICI. Etc. The various roles offered are accountant, sales representative, marketing executive and so many. The highest package offered is 8LPA, the lowest being 2.5LPA and average being 4LPA. Our college basically do not provide internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure inside the college is good. The classrooms are well furnished and spacious but there is no AC facility on campus and classrooms. There is a good Wi-Fi connection and libraries have a wide range of books available for all students. The hostel was very average and not spacious. For 1st year students, 4 people were put in a room. Restrooms were common for all. The quality of food was good and healthy. Only vegetarian foods are made. 24/7 medical facilities are there.

Faculty: Most lecturers have finished their Ph.D. and are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and my college is affiliated with Bharathiyar University. The syllabus is designed in such a way that students are industry-ready once they pass out. Semester exams are moderate difficult as the question papers are designed by Bharathiyar University and not our college. The pass percentage is more than 90.

Other: I chose this course as I have been interested in accountancy since school. I wish the syllabus was a little less as it time was sufficient to complete and study for exams. Every year our college conducts a fest called YUGAM. The top 10 students of each class are selected and awarded a Mahatma Gandhi merit scholarship of Rs10,000.
