Placements: Around 85 percent of students are placed. The highest package was 8 LPA, the minimum was 2.5 LPA, and the average was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies visited include HDFC Bank, Deloitte, TCS, Trust, Sutherland, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. With the help of internships and placement training provided by the college, the students were confident enough to face the interview.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided are really good, with Wi-Fi-enabled facilities in the lab and the library. Classrooms are well-lit, and smart board facilities are used where professors use presentations to cover various topics. The library has a huge collection of books with various genres and has a nice, great environment for studying.
Faculty: The college doesn't have hostel or dorm facilities specifically. Canteen food is hygienic and serves good-quality food. The snacks and meals are tasty and affordable. Apollo Shine is our college medical room with an experienced nurse and highly qualified doctors' support in case of emergencies. Sports facilities are also good with a ground, a cricket net, and proper coaching.
Other: I chose the B.Com general course at Shasun because I was very interested in commerce and wanted to pursue a career in corporate leadership. Our college is one of the best women's colleges in Chennai, which offers a B.Com course curriculum. Our department staff have encouraged me in various events and competitions, which helped me build my confidence, leading to various opportunities and leadership roles, which I ended up being a part of as a Core student council member, as Club Secretary in my final year.

Outstanding education and vibrant life at Shasun Jain College.
Placements: Placements are conducted in the 3rd year. Nearly 95% of the students in our department get placed every year. Top companies like TCS, Deloitte, and Wipro visit our campus for recruitment, offering great opportunities for students. The highest salary package offered was around 6 LPA, which shows the strong placement support and good industry connections our department provides.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is really good. The classrooms are spacious and well-maintained, and all of them are equipped with projectors. The library has a wide range of commerce and management books, which are really helpful for assignments and exam preparation. The computer lab is functional with proper internet facilities. Overall, the campus provides a really good environment for studying and other extracurricular activities.
Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive and approachable. Teachers are very interactive and encourage us to participate in discussions, which makes classes more interesting. The curriculum is relevant to current commerce and business trends, and it helps in bringing a strong foundation for higher studies and jobs. Exams are neither too easy nor too tough, and regular internal tests help us stay prepared.
Other: I chose B.Com General because it gives a good foundation in commerce and helps in understanding different areas like accounting, finance, and business management. The subjects are useful, and the overall course feels relevant for future career options. Department atmosphere is friendly and the staff are approachable.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure includes spacious well furnished classrooms equipped with LED projectors commerce labs seminar halls and an auditorium for educational and cultural programs. The college is renowned for its state of the art facilities including advanced laboratories equipped with high speed internet. The library is fully automated and air conditioned offering a rich collection of books journals e resources and a digital reading area. The students are given training in diversified fields like arts music cookery etc. The shakthi cell team makes us cherish ourselves best in learning those skills.

Placements: I am Bhagavathi Lakshmi pursuing B. Com General batch 2023 to 2026 at Shri Shankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College for Women. 80 to 85 percent of students from our college get placed. The highest package offered is 6 LPA, the lowest package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the average is about 4 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, Wipro, and HDFC Bank. 70 percent of students also get internships with finance, auditing, accounting, and marketing companies like ICICI, KPMG, and Zoho. The most common positions provided are audit assistant, finance executive, analyst, and marketing associate.
Infrastructure: We have a very good infrastructure in our B.Com General department at Shasun Jain College with well-furnished classrooms, Wi-Fi connectivity, attached projectors in classrooms, computer labs, digital library, and seminar halls for interactive classes. The college offers clean rooms, hygienic food at the canteen, and 24-hour security. There is a gym, medical room, Apollo Shine, sports courts, amphitheater, Aavin parlour, etc., providing a comfortable and balanced student life. The campus environment is contemporary, secure, and conducive to education and personal development.
Faculty: The lecturers in our B.Com General department are very helpful, cordial, and well qualified. They make learning exciting through practical examples and discussions. The syllabus is current and very relevant to the needs of the current industry, which really helps us to become job ready. Semester exams are reasonably challenging but fair, and with proper preparation, it’s not difficult to score well. The pass percentage in general is 30 to 40 percent; considering the faculty members’ skill in the region, it would show up about 90 to 95 percent, demonstrating how helpful and efficient the teaching is.
Other: I opted for B.Com General as it provides a solid foundation in business and accounting with excellent career prospects. The highlight is the interactive classes, events, and friendly crowd. The college has seminars, fests, and regular tests to keep us engaged. Campus connectivity is decent, and the environment is clean and safe. Merit and need-based students are given scholarships. Extracurricular activities such as sports, NSS, NCC, cultural clubs, Rotaracts, etc., and business fests enhance the fun in learning. I only wish there were more industry tie-ups and more practical workshops to increase the exposure.

Great college with great placements and exploration opportunities.
Placements: The placement opportunities are really amazing in this college. Top companies like Cognizant and TCS come for their recruitment process. The training provided is so in depth and detailed that there is no problem faced during the one on one interviews with the HR of the companies.
Infrastructure: The teaching staff is too good. Canteen of our college is really clean and organized. The students find it easy to get what they require. There is nutritious and healthy food available in the canteen.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, helpful, and really knowledgeable. They have in depth knowledge about the subject that they are handling. The curriculum is relevant to the course. The teaching of the staff is so good that we do not face any difficulties during the exams and get good marks easily. They motivate the students a lot and also enlighten them with their esteemed knowledge.
Other: There are a lot of events in the college that help the students to live the best of their college life. There are festival celebrations of all the religions. They even provide scholarships to students. The interior of the college is too good, and there are abundant places in the college to have all kinds of food, which are all too hygienic.

Placements: Financial analyst is the role offered. 82% of students got placed. Accenture is a recruiting company. The average salary ranges from Rs 16,000 per month to Rs 23,000 per month. 100% of students got internships. The highest, lowest, and average packages are offered. Percentage of students got internships from your course in companies. Roles offered in information about your batch and course (or of your passing out batch).
Infrastructure: Commerce lab, department, library, and books are available. No hostel is available. The quality of the facilities in your hostel, the quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are available. We also have Apollo Shine. Sports are great.
Faculty: 94% is the pass percentage. Exams are average level of difficulty. Curriculum is relevant. Many of them are Ph.D. scholars. Teaching quality is good. Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. It makes the students industry-ready.

Great campus, supportive staff, and good exposure in 2014. Shasun feels like a second home.
Placements: Every year, the students are instructed to go for an internship to gain knowledge about what they learn. Many top recruiting companies like Infosys, Accenture, and TCS have placed students for top roles. According to our curriculum-based job roles, only students are hired.
Infrastructure: College has highly equipped labs and classrooms. This gives the students a new way of learning with technology. The canteen food price is reasonable and also tasty. The classrooms are very neat and clean. The canteen area is kept clean and follows proper and neat environment for cooking.
Faculty: Faculty members help us to score more marks in the university exams also. They are always there for the students clearing their doubts and improving our learning. Internal exams are kept for us to study when it comes to the main exam. This makes it easy for us to prepare for the main exams. There are subjects and department toppers every year.
Other: The college provides a lot of extracurricular activities, especially Sakthi cell programs for the students to learn a new course. Shreyas is one of the biggest fests that happens for three days where a lot of students participate and win. It even provides merit and NSP scholarships for students.

The campus is really good, and the infrastructure is wow.
Placements: Only some students are interested in working. Many are interested in pursuing a PG, so most have not attended placements. But, the college provides the best companies for placement, and these companies are well-reputed. The company provides the usual salary for freshers.
Infrastructure: The campus is very big and maintained clean. The classrooms are properly furnished and comfortable. The computer labs have all the resources. Our library is easily accessible. The college provides full-day medical facilities to students who need help.
