LPU Admission Office BCA Eligibility & Highlights 2026
LPU BCA is a three-year course divided into six semesters. The university offers a BCA in two specialisations and a BCA (Hons) course. Additionally, the university also offers BCA in online and distance education modes through the LPU Centre for Distance & Online Education. Note: 5% to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.

Step 1: LPU Delhi BCA Application Process 2026
The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females. Check below the steps to apply for LPU admission:
Step 1.1: Visit the official website of LPU, https://www.lpu.in/, and click on the ' Apply Now' tab at the top of the web page.
Step 1.2: Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering. Candidates can continue to apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes).
Step 1.3: Upload the requisite documents.
Step 1.4: Pay the application fee and hit on the submit button to complete the application process.

Step 2: Slot Booking
This step is required only if one is appearing for LPU NEST. In LPUNEST slot booking, candidates have to select an exam date and a shift for appearing in the exam. There are two ways to book the slot that are slot booking by the candidate and slot booking by the authorities of Lovely Professional University.
Step 3: Selection Rounds
LPU conducts LPUNEST to shortlist candidates for BCA admission. LPU also accepts national-level entrance exams like CUET or shortlisting aspirants for BCA courses.
Step 3: Admission Confirmation
After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants are further called for document verification round. Aspirants need to confirm their seat by paying the BCA course fee.

Admission to Lovely Professional University BCA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. LPU conducts LPUNEST or Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test is an online test. The test acts as an Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. The amount of scholarship is determined by the marks and rank obtained by candidates in the exam. Aspirants can qualify LPUNEST to avail scholarship and get admission to BCA course. Candidates need to pass Class 12 with at least 50%-60% aggregate depending on the specialisation. Additionally, LPU also accepts CUET UG score for admission to BCA course. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility conditions to avoid rejection. After the completion of the selection rounds, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. The total fee for BCA course ranges between INR 4.80 lakh and INR 7.20 lakh. The fee is calculated based on semester fee. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.
