B.Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering - Batch of 2026
2.8
Hoping for better opportunities to showcase our skills.
Placements: Placements need a lot of improvement, and many students need to be given more opportunities. The highest package is 51 LPA, the average is between 3 to 4 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA or below. The top recruiting companies in the area are Microsoft and TCS. The percentage of students getting internships is very less, and there is pressure from the college, I admit that. The top roles are in aeronautical engineering.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our department are good, there are no major problems right now, but there could be some improvements. The hostel facilities and the quality of food could be improved. The medical facilities are good, and sports and games opportunities are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, I admit that. Their knowledge is good, but they should not be confined to only some books or topics. Although they are qualified, they still need improvement. The course curriculum is relevant, and students gain knowledge that is useful and related to the course, I admit that. The semester exams are neither too tough nor too easy.
Other: I have an interest in aeronautical engineering, so I opt for this course. If they provide better opportunities to showcase our skills, it would be helpful. Events, fests, campus life, crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, and scholarships need quite a bit of improvement.

The college is good and needs to improve the faculty members.
Placements: Nearly 30% of students get placed in our course. The highest package is 40 LPA and the lowest package is 1 LPA. Top companies like Tata, Hector, Infosys, TCS, etc., visit the college for placements. The role mostly offered is an employee.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is too bad, and labs are somewhat better. Classrooms and the library are not that good. Facilities are not good enough, and the quality of food in the mess is not good. Sports are not allowed here.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and some are not. The teaching quality is not good. The course curriculum is not relevant. They do not make students that much industry-ready, and we should learn on our own. Semester exams are somewhat difficult. The pass percentage is nearly 40%. Here some faculty members are good and some are not good.
Other: I am interested in it and got this college in options, so I chose this course and college. I would like to improve the faculty members. Events and fests should be regularly organised here.

The college is somewhat good.
Placements: Every year nearly 30% of students were placed in our course. Top companies like Tata, Infosys, and many more recruit students. HR was the top most offered once in our course. The highest is 30 LPA. The lowest is 1 LPA. 20% of students from our course were selected for TCS Private Limited.
Infrastructure: The facilities are one of the worst in our college. They treat people worse and play with them. Govardhan is a facility that plays football and tortures students. The Wi-fi is not good, labs are decent, classrooms are average, and the library is good.
Faculty: Some teachers won't help us. We study ourselves and most are frustrated candidates. No source is not relevant. It does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams in college are 90% difficult, with a 40% pass rate, making them tough to handle.
Other: I chose this because I thought this college would give me a better opportunity. The best thing about this course is to enjoy with friends. The teaching should improve more in this course. They should change faculty members.

IARE college review by Pradhas.
Placements: The percentage of students in our college who were placed is about 60%. The highest average package is 51 lacs per year in Microsoft company. Two students got the same offer. The average package is 5 lacs. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, GAAR, and Delta.
Infrastructure: Our infrastructure is nice and not very much good than other college. The infrastructure is like expected it is simple. Wi-Fi is provided but it will not work properly in the class. Singal will not come properly in class or lab. Classrooms and library are neat and clean.
Faculty: Semester exams are a bit difficult compared to mid-exams conducted twice before the sem exam. After the month of the sem, the mid will be conducted and the second mid is conducted before or one week before the sem. They are very helpful and also qualified from very reputable universities and colleges.

Good faculty and infrastructure but bit disappointed with placement.
Placements: Around 20–25% of students are placed in my college. The highest salary offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, etc. Almost every student completed their internship in accordance with their curriculum. The top role offered in my course is design engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure that are available in my department are really good. They provide WiFi, classrooms, a library, and more. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is great, especially the food. The quality of the food in the mess and canteen is also great.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant and prepared me for the industry. The pass percentage in our college was 99% every semester. The faculty were very friendly and supportive, and they provided excellent guidance.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in studying aeronautical engineering, especially the aerodynamics and flight efficiency of aircraft. I would like to improve the course by providing real-time animation for students to enhance their understanding of the material.

Review of Institute of Aeronautical Engineering.
Placements: Only a few percentage of students get placed every year in the aeronautical branch. Placements for this branch are meagre. Most of the students also opt for MS or M.Teach. The salary packages are low. The salary package offered is around 4 LPA. TCS, Cognizant, etc., companies visit our college to recruit students. Students don't get permission for internships until the 8th semester. We have to do internships within a month during the vacation period. Students got internship opportunities at IIT Raipur, Veltech University, DRDO, and HAL. They got internships only through recommendation and not through college. Mostly designing is the top chosen role by students.
Infrastructure: We have a good Wi-Fi connection, a good library, and average classrooms in our college. Laboratories are not good. Most of the equipment doesn't work. The food provided in the canteen is good. The food served in the hostel is tasty. There is no problem with medical facilities because our chairman owns a hospital that gives free treatment to everyone.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. The best thing about our course is that it has a lot of scope in the future. The competition in this field is minimal. Our faculty members should teach us professionally. Our college should have good laboratories with proper functioning equipment that will make the course even better. Events are conducted only once a year. We have clubs. Scholarships are not provided by our college.

Review on Institute of Aeronautical Engineering .
Placements: Every year nearly 1500 students get placed in various companies through the placement. Most of the placements are related to non technical background. Technical branches such as Mechanical Civil and Aeronautical have limited placement offers at college.
Infrastructure: The college has a good environment, with lots of facilities such as library, student services, Innovation and technology center IT labs R&D centers etc. College also has good canteen with lots of good items from meals to fast-food. We have many clubs and events which are active throughout the year.
Faculty: The curriculum of the courses are based on the State Government requirements. And the delivery of the course content is well with good faculty members who teaches and explain topics in details via PPT presentations. The exams papers are prepared based on the question banks provided by the college which covers major topics of the curriculum and the pass percentage is 90%.

Not for Aeronautical Engineering and placements are not for everyone.
Placements: The placements percentage for Aeronautical Engineering batch is very less. And most of them won't even be related to the core course, many students need to settled for irrelevant placements. You also have to pay for placements training feels, only then you will be eligible for any placements opportunities and assistance. The opportunities for Aeronautical Engineering batch is very less compared to CSE and others, ironically. So, if you are coming looking for placements in core Aeronautical course, just don't! This college isn't for you.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good when I joined in 2020, but since then they have just been destroying the playgrounds to construct new buildings and packing the whole area in walls. It feels suffocating! The classrooms are good, but fans might need a good repair. Labs and library are amazing. The Wi-Fi only works occassionally, and that too at only certain places in the campus. The canteen was kind open and one of the best, before when I joined. Now, its so completely paced between walls and feels just suffocating. The food is okay, but being a vegetarian, not be many options are available at affordable price. The only medical facilities I have ever seen is an ambulance, other than that the medical room doesn't even have bandages and basic stuff. And only one B.Ed to use which you need to first go all the way around ghe campus to get permission for, ridiculous! So, overall the infrastructure is good if they stop destroying playgrounds and trying to trap everything between walls and also does need proper management.
Faculty: The faculty is the best thing in here, I believe. I mean there are a few teachers, who can't even teach basic stuff, but most are really good and try their best to help and teach students. But they also lack faculty members for special courses and higher years. The curriculum is relevant and good. But the electives are a trap, you do not get to choose them. They choose one themselves and you are forced to do that only. Exams are fairly conducted and moderate difficult.
Other: I chose this college learning it's best for Aeronautical in the state. But, now I do not feel so. The college administration is no more interested in Aeronautical department and barely put any efforts for it. I wish they can seriously improve management of the campus. And also the placements are not 100% as they might claims at the start. Do not come for Aeronautical engineering, maybe for CSE or ECE, it is good. But, if you wish to do aero specifically, rather go somewhere else.

It will be quite difficult for you to pay the donation of this institute as the donation of this institute is very high and your family income is also quite low so I'll suggest you drop the idea of taking admission in this college.
