How do you calculate the combined score of the TS EAMCET and IPE?

With 75 % weightage to TS EAMCET 2026 score and 25% weightage to IPE score in deciding the rank, candidates must note that only the group subject marks, i.e., Physics, Mathematics/Botany/Zoology, and Chemistry, will be considered. Applicants can also go through the TS EAMCET marks vs rank. The practical marks scored in the second year will also be considered. The following examples will help candidates to understand the rank calculation process better.

Student

IPE Marks (1st & 2nd Year – Group Subjects – Out of 600)

TS EAMCET Score (out of 160)

Combined Score (Out of 100)

Student 1

580

150

IPE: 580/600 X 25 = 24.16

TS EAMCET: 150/160 X 75 = 70.31

Final Score: 24.16 + 70.31 = 94.47

Student 2

550

135

IPE: 550/600 X 25 = 22.91

TS EAMCET: 135/160 X 75 = 63.28

Final Score: 63.28 + 22.91 = 86.19

Student 3

500

120

IPE: 500/600 X 25 = 20.83

TS EAMCET: 120/160 X 75 = 56.25

Final Score: 56.25 + 20.83 = 77.08
