Step 4: CSAS Counselling Process
The Maitreyi College admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:
Step 4.1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases. Submit Maitreyi College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard.
Step 4.2: The University has released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on August 1, August 10 and August 22, 2023, respectively for all categories. Select "freeze" to confirm the admission choice. Once they select this option, they will not be considered for "upgradation" of choice in further rounds of CSAS. Candidates must only select this option only if they are satisfied with the allocated seat.
Step 4.3: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Maitreyi College will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. Maitreyi College has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification.
Step 5: Final Seat Confirmation by Students
Once Maitreyi College accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seats.
Maitreyi College Scholarship
The University of Delhi holds a competitive examination to provide financial support to deserving candidates. An amount of Rs 250 per month will be awarded to the students of BA (Hons) and BSc (Hons) courses for a duration of complete three years. Interested candidates can apply online on the official website of DU for this scholarship scheme. Apart from this, the Sitaram Jindal Foundation Scholarship scheme is also there for needy students to help them continue their studies.
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Tribes are awarded scholarships by the States to which they belong. To avail this scheme, students are requested to fill the required application form and submit it along with the required certificates.
