It is unlikely that you can get a BDS seat at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS) New Delhi with a 75 percentile in CBSE 12th. Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences admission to MDS is based on NEET MDS score. 85% of the total MAIDS BDS seats are filled through the Delhi (state quota) NEET counselling conducted by the Faculty Of Medical Sciences. The counselling process is typically conducted in August. The exact Delhi NEET counselling dates are yet to be released. In 2024, the registration process for the Round-1 started on August 14. The last date to register for the Round-1 was August 20, 2024.

Oral Pathology & Oral Microbiology and Oral Medicine & Radiology are the two chapters/topics which carry the highest weightage of approximately 15 marks each in the NEET MDS entrance exam. Candidates must note that this is based on previous years' analysis. For the upcoming NEET MDS exam, the weightage may differ. Hence, students must give equal emphasis to all subjects or topics.
