MICA Ahmedabad Admission 2025: Eligibility & Selection Criteria
Candidates who wish to enroll in the MICA courses can register online on the official website of the Institute. It is mandatory for candidates to appear in CAT/ XAT/ GMAT, followed by MICAT to get shortlisted in the final selection round for PGDM-C (flagship programme). MICAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT). It is conducted twice a year – the First Saturday of December and the last Saturday of January.

Steps for MICA Ahmedabad Admission Process 2025
The MICA admission process is a multi-round process for all its courses. MICA Ahmedabad course admissions has started for its full-time residential courses. Candidates can get a detailed process around MICA Ahmedabad admission in the following section:
Step 1: MICA Application Process
The MICA admission process starts with filling out the application process in online mode for the respective courses. Candidates who are interested in getting admission to any of the courses at MICA can apply on the institute's official website along with paying an application fee of INR 2,100.
Step 2: MICA Selection Rounds
Admission to all courses at the MICA is entrance-based. Candidates are selected based on their merit scores obtained in the respective entrance exams, followed by PI rounds. Find below the selection process for MICA admission
- PGP: CAT/ XAT/ GMAT + MICAT + GE & PI
- FPM: On-call Interview + PI
- CCC: Institute-level Online Test + PI
Following is the weightage:
- AT/XAT/GMAT: 35%
- MICAT: 25%
- GE: 10%
- PI: 20%
Step 3: Result Declaration
After the completion of the selection rounds, the institute will release the results of all the rounds. Based on the final result merit list will be prepared by the institute.
Step 4: Merit List Release & Fee Payment
Later on, MICA will release the merit list of the shortlisted candidates. Candidates whose name appeared in the merit list have to pay the course fee to confirm the seat within a stipulated deadline. The deadline for submission of the final mark sheet and passing certificate is Dec 31, 2025.

MICA Certificate Admission 2025
Apart from its two-year and three-year PGDM and Fellowship programmes, MICA also offers Post Graduate Certificate Courses. Candidates need to submit a Statement of Purpose (SoP) for this course (about 200 to 250 words). Also, there are limited seats available on a first-come-first-serve basis. *For admission to CCC, candidates need not clear CAT. However, they must have a bachelor’s degree/ equivalent in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities is a definite prerequisite. - The selection process comprises an online test conducted through email with a time deadline of 48 hours to answer a diverse range of questions
