Decent academy support with a good campus, but it needs more practical exposure.
Placements: Around 60%-70% of students from the B.A. course got placed. The highest package offered is around 6LPA, the lowest is around 2 LPA, and the average is about 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters include NGOs, media houses, and educational firms. Around 50% of students got into companies like Tech for India, Times Group, and local startups. Common roles include content writers, research assistants, and HR trainees.
Infrastructure: The college provides good facilities for all departments, including smart classrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and well-equipped computer labs. The library is quiet and stocked with useful study material. Hostels are clean and have basic amenities. The food in the mess is average, while the canteen offers the best varieties. Medical help is available on campus with a health centre. Sports facilities, such as a playground and indoor games, are provided to encourage student recreation. Overall, the infrastructure is decent and supports both the academy and student life well.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable in their subjects. Their teaching qualities are good with practical examples and solving doubts. The course curriculum is up to date and industry-relevant, which helps in preparing students for real-world challenges. Semester exams are difficult but manageable with regular study. The past percent is decent, with most student clearing their exam on time.
Other: I chose the B.A. course for its broad subject options and scope for learning. The best part is the supportive faculty and flexible curriculum. I wish there were more practical activities. The campus crowd is friendly, events are lively, and the college is well-connected. Scholarships are also available.

My Motilal Nehru College experience.
Placements: Placements in this college are average, as most students get packages around 3 LPA and the rest receive internships with stipends ranging from 5k to 20k based on their skills, such as content writing, sales, executive, consultancy, etc. Many students opt for Master's and Ph.D. courses, as well as other government job exams like SSC and UPSC.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility available at our college. The infrastructure of our college is like an old government school building with grey colors painted. There is Wi-Fi available on our college campus with a high-speed network. The library is good, fully air-conditioned, and stocked with books on various subjects. There is a lot of space for students and teachers, with comfortable chairs in our library.
Faculty: The curriculum is almost the same for all colleges of Delhi University for different courses. My course, Bachelor of Arts in Sanskrit Honours, is for students who want to study Sanskrit deeply and aim to become Sanskrit teachers in schools or colleges. Exams are not so difficult, if you study deeply, you will definitely score well in the results.
Other: The crowd in our college is very supportive, and seniors are always available to help students. Staff members are also good and clear doubts even after classes, picking up calls every time. Overall, if you want to target a good South Campus college, you can prefer Motilal Nehru College because it is really worth it if you just focus on your self-development. There are many societies like the Entrepreneurship Cell, Dance, Drama, and Music Society, and all are very active.

Top recruiting companies are Guru Vidya Niketan, Delhi Public School, Amity School, Tripada Multicourse Pvt Ltd, and Infosys. 75% of students got internships. Top roles offered are teacher, translator, content writer, and researcher.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the campus is well planned and developed. The whole campus is covered with Wi-Fi, and the classrooms have smart boards. The labs are updated with the latest technology computers and have an Apple lab. The food available in the mess and canteen is freshly prepared and delivered in good packing. The campus also has medical facilities and also organizes an annual sports meet.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive and qualified. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students ready to work in companies and industries. The semester exams are easy to pass, and the pass percentage is 40% in each subject.
Other: I have opted for this course because I have great interest in Sanskrit. The campus also organizes fests and extracurricular activities. The campus has enough crowd, and the surrounding is also a learning environment.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well-designed and developed. The whole campus is covered with Wi-Fi facilities. Labs are well covered with all major instruments. Classrooms are well air-conditioned. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is freshly prepared.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum prepares students for industry work. The campus conducts exams, i.e., sessional and semester exams. Semester exams are not very hard. Each student must score at least 40% marks to pass in semester.
Other: I chose this course because I want to develop my skills in social studies and want to prepare for the civil services exams.
