B.Sc. in Information Technology - Batch of 2026

I say overall pretty good.
Placements: In my course, there are around 70 students. I have not graduated yet, but I think in the past, there were students who got placed with 20LPA. Infosys is the top recruiter in our college. 80% to 90% got their internship in companies like Digisamaksh and Digisuraksh. Full sack developer, graphic designer, frontend backed.
Infrastructure: The library and labs are good. The library is big, and it has an ID scanner entry. Classrooms are fine, a lot of classrooms have AC. The labs are good with good enough computers, but not that big a lab. We have a turf with a net, covered, its really good, a lot of students play there. The canteen is good and clean and has a lot of options. There is no hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly here, solving a lot of doubts, and they teach very well. It helps students grow a lot, not just in their studies but as humans, too. I would not say it makes them totally ready, but it helps us grow a lot. The semester is mid to high level difficult, not that difficult. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose Bachelor of Computer Applications in the case of programming and learning software, and all that. The best thing is the freedom to make any application or software. Learning even more software which are trending and the latest would improve this course. The cultural event spectrum is really good, it has all the activities, games, competitions, and cultural days, all very fun. The surroundings of the college are nice and clean. Pretty crowded on campus.

Bachelor of Management Studies - Batch of 2025

The college is quite good.
Placements: The percentage of placements is 50-50%. Many students got placed this year. The college has a collaboration with Deloitte, KPMG, Asian Paints, and some other companies. The college does not have a separate department for placements, but it has a placement cell, which is managed by faculty.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is okay. It has turf, one classroom dedicated to gymkhana, labs, an auditorium, and half a floor dedicated to the library. The canteen of the college is okay. The seating arrangements in the canteen are inefficient. Otherwise, the infrastructure is okay.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college are very helpful. They encourage students to participate in events and research paper competitions. The course covers the main topics in the corporate world. The exams are a bit difficult, but the passing rate is good.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2025
2.6

A review by a CA aspirant, for CA aspirants, to CA aspirants.
Placements: In my college, for B.Com, there are no company visits for placement, even if they come, there are only chances of 1-2%. The highest package is always offered by Asian Paints, is around 5 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average package is around 3.5 LPA. Asian Paints is the main recruiter. From our college, 0% of students get an internship, but if we try on our own, 5% of students get an internship. Only the sales job role is available in our college.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi access for students anywhere except in the computer lab. Classrooms are decently clean, but not always. Library staff is actually very good, but air conditioning is not available and no comfortable chairs. There are no external books like novels, and only limited college textbooks are available. Hostel facilities are not available. Canteen facilities are the worst, with very bad food, only packaged food is good in the canteen. Sports room is decent, but everyone is not allowed.
Faculty: Teachers are decently qualified for teaching but are not actually good teachers. Some are really good, but most of them are just not teaching properly and they absolutely don't have any knowledge about their own subject. Many of them are teaching only for the sake of it, and many teachers are teaching 3-4 subjects also, which reflects no expertise in a particular subject. Course curriculum is the worst, but it's not the college's fault, it is actually the course's fault. It doesn't make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are really very easy. The pass percentage is 100%.
Other: I chose this course because I am already pursuing CA and wanted a degree in an easy and convenient manner. MCC College is really good in extracurricular activities, they really have a range of extracurricular activities.

Overall, there is balance of everything.
Placements: 20%-30% of students got placed from our course. The highest package offered is 6.75 LPA and the lowest package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Colgate, and Asian Paints. Now under NEP, almost all students got internships in third year in all courses.
Infrastructure: The library of college is spacious and good. There are 2-3 labs in the college. Also, washrooms are there and the common room is also there. The food quality of the college canteen is good. There is also a gymkhana in the college for students. Also, a turf is available where various games are played and many events also take place.
Faculty: Teachers are very good, helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also nice. Now under NEP there many activities or initiatives have been started by college that helps to make students industry-ready. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate and the passing percentage is 35%.

B.Sc. in Computer Science - Batch of 2025

Decent course with good foundation, needs curriculum update and improvement in teaching quality.
Placements: I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science Batch of 2022–2025. The college offers decent placement opportunities, with a placement rate of around 20–30%. The highest package offered is 8 LPA, the lowest is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. The top recruiters are companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and Accenture. In terms of internships, about 30–40% of students secure positions with TCS iON, Infosys Springboard, startups, etc. The top roles offered to students are Software Developer, Web Developer, Data Analyst, and QA Tester.
Infrastructure: The college offers good and clean infrastructure with Wi-Fi, a library, and computer labs though the PCs are slow. The hostel facilities are decent, and the canteen food is okay. Basic medical support is available. The turf is good, but access to the gymkhana is limited.
Faculty: The teaching quality at the college varies. Some teachers are good and helpful, others are not very effective. The curriculum is relevant a some outdated subjects and, overall, the course needs to be updated to match industry needs. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and the pass rate is around 70–80%.
Other: I chose B.Sc. Computer Science due to my interest in computers. The course offers a good foundation and decent placement, but some subjects are outdated, and the teaching varies. Campus life is fun events, a friendly crowd, peaceful surroundings, and average connectivity.

3Placements3Infrastructure3Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Decent college for B.Sc. CS with supportive faculty.
Placements: The placement rate for B.Sc. CS is around 60–70%, with opportunities depending heavily on individual skills. The highest package offered is around 6 LPA, the average package stands at 3.2 LPA, and the lowest is 2.4 LPA. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and a few startups are the top recruiters. About 50% of students get internships, mainly in roles like Web Development, Technical Support, and Data Entry, at companies like TCS iON, Zoho, and local IT firms. The top roles offered include Software Tester, Support Engineer, Web Developer, and Junior Developer.
Infrastructure: The CS department at MCC has a decent infrastructure. Computer labs have updated systems with internet access and required software. Classrooms are spacious and Wi-Fi-enabled. The library is well-stocked with CS reference books and journals. Projectors are available in some classrooms for presentations. As for hostel facilities, the college itself doesn't have on-campus hostels, but students usually opt for nearby PGs or rented flats.
Faculty: Faculty members for B.Sc. CS at MCC are generally qualified and supportive, with many holding master's degrees and some pursuing or holding PhDs. While a few professors are excellent at explaining core subjects like DBMS and Java, the teaching style varies. Some are theory-focused, while others emphasize practical applications.
Other: I chose B.Sc. CS because of my interest in technology and coding, and it is a good foundation for careers in IT. The best part of the course is that it covers important programming and computer science fundamentals and allows time for self-learning and internships.
