Decent college with average food, okay campus life, and less events.
Placements: MVSR has good placement opportunities, with around 55 to 60% of students placed every year. The highest package goes up to 30 LPA, while the average is about 4 LPA. Many top companies like Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, and Amazon recruit here. Students also get internship opportunities in reputed firms, and roles mainly include Software Developer, Engineer, and Analyst positions.
Infrastructure: The college provides good infrastructure with spacious classrooms, Wi-Fi enabled campus, well equipped computer labs, and a central library with a wide collection of books and journals. Department labs are updated with the necessary software and equipment for practical learning. Hostel facilities are decent with proper rooms, regular cleaning, and basic amenities. The mess food is average but hygienic, and the canteen offers a variety of snacks and meals. The campus also has medical facilities, sports grounds, and indoor games, encouraging both academics and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified, and most of them are knowledgeable in their subjects, though the teaching style can sometimes be theory oriented. Other: I am from the B.E. CSE batch. I chose this course because of my interest in coding and IT opportunities. The best part of the course is the scope of placements and the supportive faculty, along with well equipped labs. I wish the curriculum could include more practical exposure and industry oriented training. The college has annual fests, cultural and technical events, and the campus crowd is friendly. The surroundings are peaceful and well connected to the city. There are also scholarship opportunities and extracurricular activities that help students grow beyond academics.

Our college offers good infrastructure and decent placements.
Placements: In our college, around 70% of students get placed with an average package of 3-4 LPA. The highest package can range from 6-30 LPA. Companies like Cognizant, Infosys, Microsoft will come to recruit the students. A significant number of students will become secure in software development, design, and management.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is fairly good, with well-equipped labs, decent libraries, and clean hostels. We have a playground, clean classes, faculty cabins, and clean washrooms. We have a canteen and also a Maggi point; it is a good college for engineering.
Faculty: Semester exams are reported as moderate, and the pass percentage is around 60-70%. Coming to faculty, they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. The course curriculum is also generally relevant and focuses on practical applications with a mix of theoretical and practical exams.
Other: The course was chosen for its strong reputation and the opportunities it provides.

Completely disappointed.
Placements: There are placements for the majority of students, but a handful got 6 LPA from Cognizant and Accenture, and very few got some high packages off-campus through internships, referrals, and competitive exams. So there is no good placement talk in college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. They recently shifted to digital classrooms, and most parts of the college have been renovated. There is no hostel provided by the college till now, but the hostel buildings for girls and boys are being constructed now, and maybe they will be completed and open in the next academic year (2026).
Faculty: Few faculty are okay, but most of them just read the pages instead of teaching interactively. They should reappoint many staff members related to many core subjects. Even the lab instructors do not even know the basics of their lab to clear doubts. Curriculum is old-fashioned, and exams are okay.
Other: The course has no value for money. Currently, they are charging almost 12 lakhs for donation for the CSE course. It's a case of money, I wouldn't even join here if I didn't have my EAMCET rank and scholarship. Campus life is so boring, no fests, no cultural gatherings, and nothing.

It is okay, placements needs improvement, but we are applying and trying as they post.
Placements: Placements are still a bit of a problem, but it has been taken care of. I feel many got placed, but not as many as compared to the top institutions. There are the CRT training sessions that are going on, but they are not that useful. It is advised to only learn on your own, and the college won't force you to do anything.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is okay in labs, but then you can't access them in the CSE block classrooms. There are no college hostels. I think it's only there for boys, the college is not that great either, the food varieties are not increasing, but there are no non-vegetarian options, only vegetarian.
Faculty: The faculty for my batch is good, but I don't know about the juniors. Even for our seniors, it was fine. They are qualified, but the coursework is not that up to date, it's still following the old coursework as per OU. For passing, I think it' 32 marks, 12 in internal and 28 in external, so it is pretty easy to pass.

The infrastructure available for the Computer Science department is pretty good. Everything, like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library, is good enough. The college has girls' and boys' hostels within one kilometer. The canteen provides vegetarian food.
Faculty:
Teachers in MVSR Engineering College are helpful, supportive, qualified, and knowledgeable. Almost everyone has a doctorate here, so the teaching quality is good enough, though I cannot say it's the best. The semester exams are not easy, but with good preparation, we can clear all of them.
