NIFT Hyderabad Cutoff 2025: Check Category-wise NIFT Cutoff Ranks

NIFT Hyderabad Cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of the final rounds of results. The cutoff was released for admission to the UG and PG-level design courses for various categories, like General, SC, ST, OBC, etc., under the All India category. Students could avail admission to BDes, MFM, and BFTech courses. 

For the General AI category, the last round category ranged from 119 to 1196, wherein the most competitive course for admission was Master of Fashion Management (MFM), with the last round cutoff of 119. NIFT Hyderabad Cutoff 2025 for General All India Category

For the General AI category, the last round cutoff ranged from 119 to 1196 for this category. In the last round, the most and least competitive courses for enrolment were MFM and BDes in Knitwear Design course, with the last round cutoff being 119 and 1196, respectively. NIFT Hyderabad Cutoff 2025 for OBC AI Category

The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks. According to the NIFT Hyderabad BDes cutoff 2025, the most competitive course for admission was BDes in Fashion Communication, with the cutoff being 934 in the last round and 838 in the first round. In contrast, the easiest BDes course specialisation was Knitwear Design, with the first and last round ranks being 3588 and 4091, respectively. NIFT Hyderabad Cutoff 2025 for SC AI Category

For the SC AI category, the cutoff was released for admission to the BDes, MFM and BFTech courses. For admission to the MFM course, the last round cutoff rank was 636 for this category. When compared to the OBC AI category, where the last round cutoff for the same course was 560, we can conclude that the competition for this category is lower. More details in the table below.

NIFT Hyderabad Cutoff 2025 for ST AI Category

For this category, the BDes course was released for specialisation in Accessory Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Knitwear Design, and Textile Design. Among all these, the least competitive one was Knitwear Design, with the cutoff being 8773 in the last round and 8134 in the first round.

NIFT Hyderabad Cutoff 2025 for EWS AI Category

 The last cutoff was 804 for the Master of Fashion Management course for this category. When compared to the ST category under the All India quota, we can conclude that the competition was lenient here, as the ST AI category admissions for the aforementioned course were closed at 776 rank.

NIFT Hyderabad Cutoff 2025 for PWD AI Category

For this category, the cutoff was only released for the BDes course specialisation. The most challenging course for admission in the last round was BDes in Fashion Communication, with the cutoff being 5034. Those who were not able to attain a seat for this course can also try for BDes in Fashion Design, where the cutoff was slightly more relaxed at a higher rank of 7377.
