My college is the best for computer science students.
Placements: As a student of National PG Inter College, I would like to mention that approximately 70% of students in my course get placed each year. The highest package offered in my course is around 6 to 7 lakh per annum, while the lowest package given to students is about 3 to 4 lakh per annum. Every year, about 35% of students secure internships.
Infrastructure: As a student of National PG Inter College, I would like to say that the facilities available in my course or department, such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library, are quite good. The quality of the facilities in my hostel, along with the canteen, medical services, sports, and game room, is also commendable. The food in the hostel mess is fresh and healthy.
Faculty: As a student of National PG Girls Inter College, I would like to point out that the teachers in my course are helpful to students and possess substantial knowledge, especially in coding. They provide practical insights and assist students during exam preparations, showing great cooperation with them.
Other: As a student of National PG Inter College, I would like to mention that I chose this course due to the increasing demand in Computer Science and Engineering.

A short review on Lucknow's renowned college NPGC.
Placements: Fifty percent of students may get placements from the campus, with the lowest package, as per my knowledge, being 3 LPA. Most recruitments are offered to students from TCS, WIPRO, etc. The top roles offered in my course include data analyst and system designer.
Infrastructure: The college has a small infrastructure and limited capacity, with classes running in slots (shift-wise). There is a hostel (Birla Hostel) available for both boys and separate accommodation for girls. The food in the hostel is pretty okay.
Faculty: The curriculum is well-designed according to the latest NEP policy, i.e., the New Education Policy directed by the Government of India. While the curriculum is relevant, it may become outdated after a few years, as the course needs updates every alternate year. Exams are easy, but the checking process is difficult, making it hard to score marks.
Other: I chose this course because it is in high demand in today's job market, and people are getting well-paid jobs with a Bachelor of Computer Applications.

Review of National Post Graduate College - NPGC.
Placements: Around 60% of the students in our batch were placed through campus recruitment. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, while the lowest was around 3 LPA. Companies like TCS and HCL visited the campus for recruitment. While some students got internships through college in companies like Wipro and Infosys, most found internships through personal effort. The average package was around 4-5 LPA. The top roles offered included software development, QA engineer, and support analyst. While the placement rate was decent, more companies could have been invited to improve student exposure.
Infrastructure: The campus had basic infrastructure like Wi-Fi, computer labs, a library, and classrooms with projectors. Labs were functional but could have better equipment. The hostel facilities were average, with shared rooms and common bathrooms. The food in the mess was decent but lacked variety. Sports facilities were limited, with a small ground and minimal equipment. Medical aid was available but only for basic needs. The library was quiet and had useful resources. While the essential amenities were present, they were not well maintained. With some investment and attention, the infrastructure can be improved significantly.
Faculty: Faculty members were knowledgeable and supportive. Most had strong academic backgrounds and taught with clarity. The curriculum was mostly up-to-date and included subjects relevant to the current industry trends, especially in programming and database management. Some outdated topics could be replaced with trending skills like cloud computing or data Science. Semester exams were moderately difficult, and passing required consistent effort. The pass percentage was quite high, around 80%. Teachers were approachable and helped students clear their doubts. Overall, the academic experience was satisfactory and prepared us reasonably well for the industry.

If you are someone who is really attentive for your future, then go for it.
Placements: The number of students placed in my course was good, but the package was very low, around INR 2 lacs per annum; a few got INR 5 lacs per annum. Talking about internships, students are able to find and enroll in internships on there own; colleges don't really help them much on there own. Recruitment companies include Amazon and Tata.
Infrastructure: 2 labs have good-spec computers, but the other 2 labs have very old-gen PC's. The library has all the books required, although we didn't really read those books. Hostel food is okay, and canteen food is expensive but normal in comparison to other colleges. However, the taste is average here. We mostly hang out in the canteen area but do not eat anything.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable. The course curriculum covers the basics of every field in computer science, but you need to study on your own in order to become job-ready. Semester exams are mid-term but lengthy, and we get marks easily, unlike other colleges.
Other: Lots of events happen here.

Review of National Post Graduate College - NPGC.
Placements: We had 60 students per semester in our batch. Although around 40-43 students were hired by some top companies, their salary packages were different. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA. Almost everyone did 3 internships in these 3 years. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Google, Infosys, and Wipro got hired.
Infrastructure: Our labs were excellent. There were four spacious labs for our course. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow but it was good. Classrooms were top-clas but small. We were lucky enough to get into large ones with air-conditioning.
Faculty: In our college, 5-6 teachers who thought us throughout this course consist of both types. However, the majority were good, especially female faculty members. Everyone stored a vast amount of knowledge and their teaching quality was good enough to make us understand everything. Exams happened at a different pace than at other colleges or universities, and that pace was a bit faster than average. Exams were not difficult, but they were also not easy. Mostly everyone passes the exam. This college was like a school and most of the students got passing marks.

Must know information about BCA at NPC.
Placements: The seats have been increased to 140 students for the 2024 admission. The highest package could be 3-4 LPA. I don't have an idea about the lowest or average package. Top recruiters are HCL and Google. It depends on level to level, as the students have increased their percentile, which will increase as well.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, and most classes happen in the labs. Only the English classes happen inside the classroom. The library is available whenever you want to study in a quiet place, you can go to the library and study there for as long as you want. The cafeteria and canteen provide delicious food, and the menu is vast, but it is expensive.
Faculty: The Head of the Computer Science Department has completed a Ph.D., while other faculty members are pursuing their Ph.D. The teaching quality is pretty amazing. They try to focus on each student. The course curriculum is vast and beneficial for our future. Semester exams are difficult for those who have not studied through the whole semester. The exams are challenging, but those who have studied even for 80% can do well. You need to score 40+ marks in external exams to pass.
Other: I chose this course because I have always been interested in the field of computers. Go for the courses only if you are interested. The coding is tough, but you try to get it slowly. Patience is what you need to have for this course.
