Review of Navodaya Institute of Technology.
Placements: Almost 30 students got placed out of 56 students in our batch. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.6 LPA to 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Infoedge, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc. Many students got internships in BSNL. The top roles offered are data analyst, network engineer, etc. This college is better in the North region of Karnataka for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and it is constructed by expert architects with new and updated technology. Free Wi-Fi is available in our college so that students can browse the internet. The laboratory is very good with updated systems. The laboratory instructor is very friendly with students. The library is average, and the books are not updated. Hostels are well furnished with chairs and free Wi-Fi. The food served in the hostel is average. This college does not conduct any sports events.
Faculty: Faculty members are Ph.D. scholars in their respective fields. They are not at all friendly with students during working hours. Semester exams are very tough so without practice, students never get pass easily. The passing percentage is 55-60%.
Other: The college is neat to my home so I chose it. There are no extra curriculum activities in this college.

I was disappointed about faculty teaching level of my collage. The placement were better than senior
Placements: Placement were good for your branch. 40% of students were placed. The highest salary was 20000 and the lowest salary was 80000. The company visited are Ashok Leyland. Viva techno saloution etc. The roles are grafical desiger. Employer etc. There are other company like 7 sense talent solution visited your college.
Infrastructure: The facilities in your college are wi-fi. Labs. Classrooms. Library. Hostel and many more. Medical facilities for hostel students. The quality of food available in canteen is average. The quality of labs and classrooms is exalent in our college. Hostel facilities are exalent with rooms in our college.
Faculty: All Teacher s are qualified only fue are helpful and knowledge the teaching quality was average in our department. The methods used for teaching are writing on board. Setting etc. The students to faculty ratio is average. I did not get industry exposure.
Other: Our college conduct many events fest and there is a huge crowd of campus connectivity surrounding. They provide may extracurricular activities in our college. The scholarship are available in our college.

Iam dissatisfied because of bad placement and faculty of low standard and we are not trained enough.
Placements: As far as placements is concerned hardly people get placed from our college. If they get placed also they get placed to BPO and all such non professional designations. The highest salary offered was 2. 5lacs per annum and the lowest was 1.5 lacs (data is based on our seniors placed). Companies like cognizant, cisco, amazon. Com, L and T information tec, Tata, Accenture, IDBI Bank, hero. Roles were more of BPO kind and some hardly 2 or 3 people were offered good roles. Around 15 to 20% students got internship, as I heard all they did without any stipend. Placement cell is there, but it is not that efficient in training, since trainees are not that good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is awesome with different building for different branches, with well-equipped labs and Classrooms with audiovisual facility. We have central library, indoor and outdoor sports stadium, there are many achievements in the games from our students, as it is attached with Navodaya medical college medical facilities is very good. Food in canteen is not that good, but having once in a while will not cause any difference. There are AC and Non AC hostels which are well built. I personally didn't face any infrastructure issue during entire my college life.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful they are qualified enough to teach and are knowledgeable, however some are of not that standard. Quality of teaching in the point of theory is good but practical aspects or training aspects is not that good. Audiovisual method of teaching they do. Around 1: 15 is the ratio of teacher to students. We do get industry exposure but once or twice they take us to visit. Course curriculum as a whole is not that good as far as placements and technical knowledge is concerned, to get a degree and to pass in exam it is the best college.
Other: NITOTSAVA an annual fest of NIT, campus crowd is very wide. Since it is outside the city the surrounding of campus is calm and green. Extracurricular activities like sports, dance, novels reading, singing are very well entertained by different clubs that we have like music club, sports club, dance club etc.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty, better placements nowadays, excellent buildings.
Placements: The placements are better for our batch than the seniors batch. The placements are still going on. Until now 60% of the students got hired. The highest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month and the lowest salary is Rs. 8000 per month. The companies coming to recruit the students are mostly call centres like 7th sense talent solutions and an upcoming company called Vivian. The posts offered are for HP, teaching staff, and graphical designer. I don't know about the internships. As off-campus placements are difficult, placement at the college campus is important.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities provide on the campus like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities for hostel students, and sports, etc. The quality of classrooms and labs are excellent. The quality of food in the canteen is good, but it is too costly as compared to the outside canteen. The hostel rooms are excellent with all the facilities. I did not face any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified but not helpful to the students. The teaching quality was not good according to me. The teaching methods used are reading the textbooks, mugging up, and only sticking to the board. I don't know about the faculty to student ratio. We had industry visits every semester. We went to KPCL, BSNL office, etc.
Other: We have fests conducted every year. The campus crowd is good, and almost 90% of the students apply for scholarships. The faculty members encourage the students for extracurricular activities.
