B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) - Batch of 2029

Fairly good, tier 1 college and placements are also good, infrastructure is not that good.
Placements: The placements are good here, especially for Computer Science branch. Many companies like Google, Microsoft, Apple, and many Fintech like Goldman Sachs also come here. The average package is also good here, around 30 LPA. Mass recruiters also come and take students in bulk.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for Computer Science branch is good. smart boards, projectors, and APJ complex are amazing for 1st year only. Also Wi-Fi everywhere. Library is also good, but timing can be improved. Dedicated running track in sports complex. Hostels are average. Food is good, but AC is not there in boys hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are like typical government employees. Although good curriculum, they teach Python language in 1st year (earlier they used to teach C). Examination pattern is also okay. Make-up examinations are also there in case of medical or other emergencies.
Other: Campus is very green and crowd is also decent.

B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2028

NSUT is a top college for both education and placement purposes.
Placements: The percentage of students who get placed in my course is 70-80 percent in different sectors. The average package is 12 LPA-14 LPA, and the highest is 76 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my courses are Siemens, Adani Power, Microsoft, Google, and many companies visit the campus for placement in the electrical department.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well structured, and the electrical machines present in labs are sufficient to provide better knowledge. The quality of hostel food is okay, and the medical facilities and sports facilities are better, but it could be better.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is nice. The difficulty level of the semester exam depends on the teacher, but sometimes it is very difficult for students to gain more than 60 percent marks in many subjects, it is 40 percent.
Other: I have an interest in core subjects. It would be better if there were more hostels. The fests are good. .

Good placement record and infrastructure.
Placements: As I saw, the placement record is pretty much good as compared to any private college's average package, around 8 LPA, and the placement record is almost 95%. Most students always go for government competitive exams through civil engineering, but also another branch called GI (Geo-informatics Engineering), which has a very good placement rating. The highest package is around 32 LPA, and some students are also placed in Microsoft and many top companies that also visited there.
Infrastructure: The official hostel isn't provided by the college; that's why you have to find accommodation on your own. The infrastructure of the college is very good compared to other colleges. The lab facilities are too good, with daily lab sessions conducted and many more activities performed during the session.
Faculty: The faculty is good, strict, and familiar with the students. Exams conducted at the end and mid-semester are going to be tough. During the exams, professors take control, and some professors are also familiar with the students, but some are strict.
Other: Of course, this college has high fees, but it has a good return on investment. Too many events and fests are conducted by the college, and there are numerous activities performed by the students.

B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2029

It offers nice courses and amazing infrastructure.
Placements: Since I am in the first semester, I heard that this year, out of 160, around 30-35 students got placed. The average package is 18 LPA, and the highest package is 50 LPA. A lot of tech companies offer placements and internships at this college.
Infrastructure: Hostels are clean. Food in the Mess is pretty average. The security guard is there every time, so they are strict with rules and regulations. However, they have structured everything.
Faculty: Faculty members are amazing. Classes are held every day. The subject and topic taught come in the paper, and the paper is all based on the curriculum. There is security, and invigilators are checking strictly. Even though they are on time, and they do not delay things, it is a value for money. The course structure is above average. In semester one, we have a foundation subject, but in the next semester, subjects like CP (computer programming) are provided.
Other: Seniors are amazing, very supportive, cheerful, and friendly. There is no scope for ragging, even though they provide us with the study materials.

I would recommend this college only for the tech branches. For non-tech, one should opt for DTU.
Placements: Last year, around 90 percent of students in my branch got placed. It is a good number. The average package was around 22 LPA, and the highest was 1 crore. It was quite good. Top roles offered for my branch were AI engineer, machine learning engineer, and data scientist.
Infrastructure: The library and computer center are very good. The SAC is usually busy, and there is no indoor badminton or basketball court. The APJ Complex classrooms are good, but the others are just average. The quality of canteen food is above average, but the mess food is only average.
Faculty: Faculty is very knowledgeable, but most students do not pay attention in class. They are very helpful, except for a few, who can be rude and seem not to know anything at all. The semester exams are of medium difficulty and are easy to prepare for.
Other: As I preferred CSAI over non-tech in a Tier 1 NIT, I chose this college. Many might ask why I did not choose DTU. The main reason is that I took my jiju as my mentor. He is also a software developer at Google and recommended NSUT over DTU, so I chose this college. The events and festivals here are very nice. I do not need to elaborate, NSUT’s fests are already quite famous.

Absolutely the best in JAC Delhi.
Placements: Placements are good if you're good enough to maintain a CGPA above 8-8.5 CGPA, and with decent skills, you can expect a job at least, especially if you are from CS to ECE, below ECE it's quite 50-50 you have to grind more that the above branches peeps and usually some company don't allow below ECE or EE.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good. They've each lab for each course for the practical. Wi-Fi is mostly fast and working in only some of the rooms, there are some issues where they don't have it, but 90 percent of the campus is connected with Wi-Fi. The college canteen is there, and everything is available almost, and they have Amul for dairy and a Nescafé for coffee and more, and even Safal milkshake and Maggi are too good, so you have multiple options inside the campus as well. The library is too big 2 floor no Wi-Fi problem.
Faculty: The curriculum is updated as compared to other government colleges in NIT, and the faculty members are good as well. If you listen to them thoroughly, you will understand what they are telling, and if exams are at a moderate level, you can score above 8 CGPA if you start from 2 weeks before the exam date starts, but you have to perform quite well in labs as well.

No, CMAT scores are not compulsory for admissions into the MBA course at NSUT. Even CMAT scores are not the first priority of the admission committee to shortlist the students. Because the university considers the scores of CAT/ MAT for selecting the students. If the seats get vacant, then only CMAT

You cannot get admissions into BTech CSE course at NSUT without JEE Mains scores. Because the JEE Mains scores are necessary for admissions to NSUT undergraduate engineering courses. Thus, one can only enroll in the programme if they have valid scores in the entrance examination.
