B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2028

Fantastic campus life, but it needs improvement in the faculty section.
Placements: About 38% of students got placement from our branch. The highest package was about 48 LPA, and the lowest was around 6 LPA, and the average is between 16 and 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Microsoft, Google, Texas Instruments, Amazon and many more. Roughly 67% of students got their internships in the same companies as mentioned above.
Infrastructure: NSUT holds one of the best infrastructures I've ever seen. It has a separate block for different branches with well-maintained labs and classrooms with decent Wi-Fi connectivity, and a well-stocked library is also present. Hostels are pretty good with a proper mess-canteen and medical support, and different sports grounds are available for students.
Faculty: I'd say most of the teachers are fully qualified for their position of teaching, and they are helpful and knowledgeable too, with good teaching quality. This course curriculum is absolutely relevant. Students can participate in different extracurricular activities to enhance their skills to be industry-ready. You can easily pass the exams by studying for 2 weeks before the exams. Last year's passing percentage was around 87%.
Other: I chose this course because it's a core branch that opens different types of job opportunities in future. I would wish the faculty to improve themselves a little bit, although it's good, it can be even better. NSUT hosts one of the biggest fest among universities, like Moksha, and it offers different types of scholarships to students.

Review of NSUT Computer Science course.
Placements: Placement percentage for computer science students is around 60 to 70%. There are many recruiters which come to campus. The roles that offered are software engineer, AI engineer, web developer, and software developer, along with some finance and non-tech roles as well. Top recruiters include De Shaw, Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Infosys, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi available for students in hostels as well as throughout the college campus. There is a common student library which has enough books to meet the students' needs. There is a canteen and some outlets inside the campus. There is great infrastructure for sports including athletics, running track, cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, tennis courts, basketball courts, and table tennis. There is also a gym.
Faculty: Faculty members are very qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum taught is quite relevant, and makes the students industry-ready. It helps students build skills to be ready to gain experience and apply those skills in the real world. The college exams are not tough, it is easy to pass.

All about Netaji Subhash University of Technology, Delhi.
Placements: Placement is good. Around 70%-80% of the batch got placed. Most of the students of the top branches, like CSE and ECE got placed. Top recruiters are companies like Microsoft, Google, and most tech companies, a lot of core companies also come to recruit students. Median package is around 10 LPA-11 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is great infrastructure and big lecture halls with proper air conditioning. Wi-Fi works all around the college. A big 3-storied library with a good environment for study, a huge sports ground that facilitates almost all sports. The hostel is good, with spacious rooms, and the mess food is also decent.
Faculty: Curriculum is mostly relevant but also tough. Most of the professors are great and helpful with a great knowledge of their subject, but there are some bad professors. Semester exams are on the tougher side. You have to give a decent amount of time to studies to maintain a decent CGPA, but finding resources for study is not a problem.
Other: The crowd is good with helpful seniors. Good college to go to if you want to build a career in engineering, tech, or non-tech.

It is a great college.
Placements: About 80-85% of the students are placed. The highest went up to 75 LPA, and the lowest was 5 LPA. The average package was around 14-17 LPA according to the branch. Top recruiters are Nvidia, Google, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, etc. I don't know much about internships. The top role offered is software engineer.
Infrastructure: There are well-air-conditioned labs, air-conditioned classrooms mainly for first years, and Wi-Fi is everywhere. The library has enough books and resources. The quality of food is also good in the canteen and mess. Just the hostel rooms look a bit old. Above average.
Faculty: Teachers are of an average type only. They are qualified but not very helpful. The curriculum is relevant to the industry. Exam difficulty depends on the teacher setting the exam. Sometimes too difficult, sometimes easy to do. Almost everything is good academically.
Other: I have a B.Tech in ECE because I love both hardware and software technology. So it is in my interest after all. I would like it if the college could improve the professors and provide leniency for attendance. It would be good. Fests and extracurricular activities are really great. Something is going on throughout the whole year, each and every month. Seniors are also friendly and good. Recommended.

The college has strong placements, good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and vibrant fests.
Placements: Placements at NSUT are among the best in Delhi. CSE, IT, and related branches have top offers from companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Adobe, with high average packages, often in double-digit LPA. Core branches like Mechanical and Civil get decent placements, though many students shift to IT roles. The active T&P cell, strong alumni support, and abundant internships ensure excellent career opportunities.
Infrastructure: NSUT's IT branch has modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, and strong Wi-Fi connectivity. The campus is spacious, with libraries, sports facilities, and a good research environment. The hostels are decent, with Wi-Fi, mess, and basic amenities, though cleanliness and food quality can vary.
Faculty: The faculty members at NSUT are experienced, with many holding PhDs and industry exposure. The teaching quality is good, though some classes feel theory-heavy. The curriculum is updated, focusing on core subjects, electives, and coding skills. Exams are moderate, neither too easy nor too tough. The testing concepts are well.
Other: Apart from academics and placements, NSUT is famous for its vibrant campus life. The university hosts Moksha (cultural fest) and Innovision (technical fest), both among the biggest in Delhi, featuring concerts, competitions, and star nights. Numerous clubs, including coding, robotics, dance, drama, and music, keep students engaged. Sports facilities and intra-college events also add to the lively atmosphere.
