NSUT MBA Eligibility & Highlights 2026
MBA at NSUT is offered through the Department of Management studies. MBA is a two-year postgraduate degree programme, spread across four semesters, and offered in full-time mode. Also, the university offers two-year full-time MBA (IEV), i.e. MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development. The eligibility requirements for NSUT MBA admissions are as follows:
Eligibility: UG degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate (50% for reserved categories).
Selection: CAT/ MAT scores + PI. In case, if seats remain vacant CMAC may propose another criterion like CUET/ CMAT/ any other criteria.

Yes, candidate having a valid CAT score can apply for the counselling process for admission in MBA programme at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) (formerly known as NSIT). The shortlisted candidates will be called for the personal interview round (PI).

Netaji Subhas University of Technology MBA admission criteria is simple. Students have to meet the same to be eligible for admission. The eligibility is as below:
- Graduation from a recognised university
- CAT/ MAT score + Counselling
There is no management quota for admission in the MBA course offered at NSIT. NSIT MBA admissions are strictly entrance exam based. For admission in MBA, the candidate should possess a UG degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate (50% for reserved categories). Also, the candidate should have a valid CAT/ MAT score. Based on their score in any of the aforesaid exams, applicants will be shortlisted for the personal interview (PI) followed by documents verification and fee payment.

You cannot get admissions into BTech CSE course at NSUT without JEE Mains scores. Because the JEE Mains scores are necessary for admissions to NSUT undergraduate engineering courses. Thus, one can only enroll in the programme if they have valid scores in the entrance examination.
