New Law College, Pune, also known as Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, is a constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) Pune. At present, the College offers UG, PG, doctorate and diploma programmes in several specialisations of Law. The courses offered by the College are approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). The College also arranges moot court competitions for its UG and PG students.
New Law College Admission 2026: Eligibility & Selection
The College offers admission to Indian as well as international students. New Law College, Pune admissions are conducted under the guidance of BVDU Pune. Candidates looking forward to practising law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) that BCI conducts. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India. Candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for any programmes. The course-wise eligibility details are mentioned below:

New Law College admission process starts with the application process. Candidates can download the application process from the university's official website. The duly filled application form has to be sent either through post or submitted in person at the concerned department at New Law College.
